My vehicle was picked up and the work done and vehicle returned on time . Work was done correctly and as agreed upon and as quoted. My service advisor was Rachelle Besuyen . She was professional and made sure that all parts were on hand to do my work and kept me well informed through out the day on progress of work on my vehicle . She did a fantastic job as she always does ! I am usually on edge when I have my vehicle in a shop . But when I have Rachelle on the controls and taking care of my vehicle snd work order I feel comfortable and relaxed knowing that she will take good care of me snd my vehicle , I feel that I can fully trust her and her abilities .. she is very competent and does an exceptional job . She is so easy to work with and do professional yet you feel like you are working with a friend , you can’t ask for more than that when it comes to customer service. Give that girl a raise or a promotion , anything to keep her on staff as she is a very very important asset to the business. My only negative is that the lead or out time from the time of calling and booking an appointment and the actual appointment date has now become way to long , please look into that aspect . In the end I am very satisfied with the work done it was done correctly , on time and at a fair price compared to other dealerships. High marks for all staff I came in contact with and the work performed ! More
