Communication was good. Very responsive to my emails and questions. Once I got to the dealer to check the car out they treated me great. Treated me the same as they would've if I was buying the Lincoln out questions. Once I got to the dealer to check the car out they treated me great. Treated me the same as they would've if I was buying the Lincoln out of their showroom even though I was buying one of the cheaper vehicles on the lot. Car was washed and cleaned ready for my test drive and I felt confident in their honesty with the history of the vehicle. More
The service team took such good care of my car and though they are always busy, the front office staff responded quickly and efficiently and the boys in the back did the required maintenance and went out of they are always busy, the front office staff responded quickly and efficiently and the boys in the back did the required maintenance and went out of their way to detect and diagnose another small issue. They fixed everything, washed my (embarrassingly dirty) car and were very professional. I have not had that kind of service in a long time. More
