Did not feel welcome - terrible customer service I recently bought a new 50K + van from Jonker Nissan in Langley. After traveling all morning to get there (we were from out of town) my Dad and I did I recently bought a new 50K + van from Jonker Nissan in Langley. After traveling all morning to get there (we were from out of town) my Dad and I did not feel welcome right from the start. First, off, our salesperson (Rena Walker) knew nothing about the vehicle we were interested in even thought we had told her the week before we were traveling from out of town to see it. The van we wanted to test drive was also out of gas. All things that could have been done the week before we were there. Once we were ready to talk numbers, we were sat in a room and our salesperson (Rena Walker) and manager (Les Flewelling) stood over us and talked down to us at the door. We were told that if we did not like the deal - then we should leave - in a very condescending and ignorant tone (this was over a $300 difference in price!). We both felt that we were being bullied and it was only when we told both of them that we did not appreciate how we were being treated that they backed off. I have bought many cars and have never been treated with such a lack of respect before. There is no way I would have bought from them after their behaviour but they were the only dealer that had the van I wanted. What was interesting is that both Jonker and Rena Walker claim to be "low pressure" and "friendly" salespeople but that could not haven been further from the truth. And in our opinion, it is definitely not "worth the drive". To top it off, we were given the wrong pair of keys when we had a ferry to catch - not sure if this was intentional or not....On a positive note the lady who worked in the cashiers office and the insurance salesman were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, we felt that it was a very poor experience and will be telling all of our friends and business associates for many years to come about our poor experience at Jonker Nissan. More

New car purchase - David O’Malley After doing research on 2018 Nissan Kicks SR model....I decided to drop into a dealer, to test drive.... Bill introduced me to his sales manager Mr Flewelling, as the Kicks model I wanted was in short supply, this man went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted...to me, what better service could I ask for!
