Matthew in service saved this sale. Salespeople are so lazy Was purchasing a new car and the sales people were incredibly lazy. I hadn't signed the paperwork so I could walk away any time. Met Matthew in the service center and he worked on the issue for a long time. After Matthew was done I asked Zain if he could try the flash drive again. He told me to "go ahead and do it myself." Again, no paperwork was completed or signed and I could have taken my money to another Nissan dealer but it was Matthew in service that saved this deal. Because I was supposed to buy a Nissan Kick as well in the next few weeks, the sales staff of this dealership doesn't deserve the sale and I will go to Morrey or Applewood instead. More
