He was very helpful in pointing out to me that all of the keys on my key ring were putting a lot of weight on my car key which could actually cause a serious situation while I was driving. No one had ever mentioned this to me before and I immediately dealt with the problem. I very much appreciated the time this staff member took to point this issue out. More

Rear brakes We were travelling from the Prairies to Vancouver when our brakes started making a horrible noise as we drove. As we needed a ride to our meeting - which was further than the shuttle could take us - our service man arranged a car from Enterprise and Jonker's paid half. One of the items I wanted dealt with on my last visit was replacing the license plate holder on the front of my car. Someone had backed into it and broken the plastic. I wasn't charge for labour, but the holder and parts was 50.00. I thought that was a bit steep considering that it's advertising for Jonker and to their benefit that I replaced it with their equipment rather than an after-sales item from somewhere else. Just a thought. More
