Considerate dealership What I like about the Langley Honda service department is that they go out of their way to make you happy. My B1 service was going to be a 2 hour serv What I like about the Langley Honda service department is that they go out of their way to make you happy. My B1 service was going to be a 2 hour service and Chris said a shuttle could drop me off at the mall. I was able to get a few errands completed while my car was being serviced. Once I returned by shuttle again, I was told my car was being washed and vacuumed and would be right out. What a treat to get back a clean car. Then Miguel, I believe explained that I needed new tires and when I explained that I couldn't afford them, he offered to do a price compare and show me a mail in rebate of $70 dollars. I will still need to wait on the tires but appreciate the staff at Langley Honda friendly service.???? More

Both of the staff members I dealt with were pleasant and my car was finished on time. When I came to pick up my car, I was assisted by Greg. He was very helpful in pointing out to me that all of the keys on my key ring were putting a lot of weight on my car key which could actually cause a serious situation while I was driving. No one had ever mentioned this to me before and I immediately dealt with the problem. I very much appreciated the time this staff member took to point this issue out. More
