My phone clearly did not refresh as I was informed upon arrival at the dealership that the Camaro had been sold a few days prior. They had many beautiful 2017 Camaros, but my budget didn't agree. They did however have a beautiful used 2006 Monte Carlo SS, with 50,000 km. With only 40,000 km more than the Camaro but at half the price, I had to have a look. Paul was friendly and applied no pressure in attempting to sell me a vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. A vehicle purchase may be stressful enough without dealing with someone being pushy. Paul didn't accompany my girlfriend and I on the test drive, which isn't a negative. Being unfamiliar with the area I asked if he could suggest a route which he did. I could have been out longer, however my mind was quickly made up. We sat down to begin the paperwork and discussion on price. I don't enjoy "haggling" and was pleased when Paul mentioned he could likely get a better price than what it was listed. He came back with fair price and there was no back and forth. I believe he gave me his best offer off the bat, understanding I would prefer to simply agree to the price or not and he may lose the sale. Paul also provided me the full vehicle maintenance history, as all work was dealership performed. Car was immaculate prior to the test drive. The previous owner as well as the dealership clearly take pride in properly maintaining a vehicle. The winter test drive did get her dirty, but when I returned to pickup the car, Paul had her cleaned and polished, included an excellent job on the tires. I should mention as a shift worker it is challenging planning your life to coordinate with others. My earliest pickup could be Sunday however I assumed it would have to be Tuesday as the dealership was closed Sunday. Paul quickly stated Sunday wasn't a problem or he could drive the vehicle to me or I could pick it up Tuesday. Very impressed with the flexibility. I would highly recommend this dealership. Very clean and well maintained lot/building. Quality used vehicles, nothing questionable. Paul and his co-workers were friendly and approachable. No pressure to sell. A lot of little extras that add up. Even asked for a local restaurant recommendation and was not disappointed. More
