Excellent People to Deal With I began the search for a used Corvette in the fall of 2016. I knew the year, options and equipment that I wanted and finding all of that within my bud I began the search for a used Corvette in the fall of 2016. I first dealt with "Neville" over the phone and found him to be as pleasant as he was helpful with my first offer. We could not make a deal at that point but I contacted the dealership again in March of 2017 and dealt with "Brendan Murphy" as Neville was away. We were able to make a deal and I thoroughly enjoyed working through it. Both of these gentlemen are true professionals and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone! Customer Service At It's Best I contacted Bernie Bartz in Jan with a description of a used Silverado that I was seeking with spacific wants and a price point cap. After a few emails back and forth Bernie contacted me with news that a truck was coming in on trade the following week that he felt met all my needs including my price range. He ran my financial for pre-aproval on the purchase over the phone and the following week drove the truck up to me in Bracebridge so I could see and test drive. It most certainly did meet all my requirements and I am pleased to say I now own a 2014 Silverado LT that I have recieved many compliments on. A bit of waiting for our new van. On 2 of our visits for this van we did have to wait an hour plus each time to see the business manager even with appointments being made.
