Each step of the way I felt respected, even though I was anxious, and my requests and questions were met with sincere answers. Abdul Villa gave us inside info on a sale, Chris Kennedy moved the transaction to a mutually satisfying conclusion, Murray Donais added value to our purchase. It was three hours from test drive, through negotiation to insurance adjustment and it felt like we were their very first customers. I hope to keep my vehicle for at least a decade and if today was any indication, as we move through each maintenance cycle or potential repair I'm feeling confident that we will continue to be treated as though our purchase mattered to the employees, management and owners of Pattison Toyota. At no time did we feel pressured to make a sale. He was very patient and approachable. He understood my struggle with cabs and borrowing cars to get to and from training/work, that he had the car ready for me in record time. I love my little car and its been running perfectly.
