Phil sought out the exact truck, options, and extras that we were looking for, answered all our questions, and took care of our trade in. Everything went perfectly from start to finish thanks to him. Mo Rabii more than just a salesman. After being a Volkswagen owner for many years it was time to switch over to another vehicle brand. Mo Rabii introduced himself "when I just looking" I had 2 grandsons with me, 1 stayed in the truck the other was busy to say the least. Mo was able to multi task...he answered my questions and helped me entertain a 4 year old whilst doing a great job of giving me the information I needed to make my decision. I would not hesitate recommending Mo if one is interested in a new vehicle. He is so helpful and is a pleasure to work with, he is honest and sincere which is very hard to find these days. Way to go Mo, the Rav 4 was a good choice for me.. More
I would recommend Mo Rabii I actually purchased on the Lexus side but Mo Rabii (from the Toyota side) is the one that worked with me. I won't go into details about the sales man I actually purchased on the Lexus side but Mo Rabii (from the Toyota side) is the one that worked with me. I won't go into details about the sales manager I dealt with as it won't be a positive review. But everyone else I dealt with were lovely and helpful. Got a beautiful car at a fair price. If it wasn't for Mo I would have walked out. He was sincere, personably, knowledgeable, respectful, and very helpful. I would buy a car with Mo's assistance any day! More
Thank you for listening to my concerns First of all, we were from out of town a few hours north island and wan't expecting to find a dealership open on a Sunday but what a bonus from the s First of all, we were from out of town a few hours north island and wan't expecting to find a dealership open on a Sunday but what a bonus from the start. A large, clean, well run dealership was easy to browse and had assistance, Nick,, offering to help after looking around for just a few minutes. He listened to my wants, although I was very vague and headed me in the right direction. Ended up finding something I had no idea I was looking for but loved it, and my kids did as well. Took it for a lengthy test drive with my kids and we decided to get it. Even though it was Sunday we drove it home after very easy negotiating my previous car. When I got home realized the car ( not a Toyota) was showing a service light that when I called Nick, he couldn't assure me it was done for that make and model as the maintenance for that particular car would be suggesting, but assured me they are all checked, oil change, ect. After listening to my concerns they agreed to have me take it in and get the proper service for that particular car even if it had been done to keep me comfortable and not just reset the mileage. I am very pleased, we love the car and the low pressure helpful service at the dealership was very refreshing, especially for a single woman with a handful of kids that isn't very informed in a lot of the new car features. Glad we did it. More

uh oh ***LONG BUT WORTH THE READ*** I'm don't normally make a stink on social media but I'm not getting anywhere with these guys! Recently I financed a ***LONG BUT WORTH THE READ*** I'm don't normally make a stink on social media but I'm not getting anywhere with these guys! Recently I financed a jeep for the first time from Jim Pattison Toyota in Victoria and I was hoping it'd be a good experience. Boy was I wrong! My parents and I drove from Nanaimo to Victoria on a Tuesday evening to test drive a jeep I had seen posted online. I really liked the jeep so we started talking numbers etc, and when we came to an agreement on the price I left a $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle until that weekend. The sales manager told me he could get me a lower interest rate than my bank so I thought about it overnight and agreed to submit an application for financing with their lenders on Wednesday. The salesman told me they should have an answer that day or early the next morning and they would let me know asap. By Thursday afternoon I still hadn't heard anything so I decided I'd just cancel the deal and ask for my deposit back; I sure got a quick response then! The salesman told me I was approved but they would refund my deposit as requested. I asked what the interest rate was the salesman replied "What's the difference!? It's a great deal anyways" and then advised the lowest rate they could get me was 5.99% which I declined. By Monday I noticed my deposit still hadn't been refunded so I texted the salesman again and was quickly told it was canceled on Friday so i assumed maybe the weekend delayed it. Later that same day (Monday) I received another text stating the receipt for my deposit had been shredded and I needed to give all my info again. Previously we didn't agree on the interest rate but now they were able to "get" me 3.99% so I agreed to drive down the following night (Tuesday) to pick up the vehicle and sign the papers. During the negotiation/confirmed of the purchase price and rate the salesman told me he had to check and make sure they still had the vehicle on the lot and hadn't sold it already even though they still had my deposit! My parents and I drove down Tuesday evening and the salesman was kept updated with when we would arrive to ensure everything was ready to go. When we arrived we still had to wait for their finance guy despite trying to coordinate to ensure they were ready! After waiting for the finance guy I then had to wait again for their insurance broker. During the insurance process I realized I had forgotten to bring my direct deposit form so my friend was generous enough to pay three months up front for me. The insurance broker had put the wrong sticker date and wasn't able to refund the money to fix this problem ($596) and promised to resolve it first thing in the morning and gave us his card; by this time it was 9:30pm and I had been there for 2.5 hours and still needed to drive back to Nanaimo. The salesman was nice enough to loan a set of demo plates which had to be returned by the next evening; he said I'd be reimbursed for the gas to return the plates which I still have not received. Back to the insurance though, both my friend and I have been trying to reach the insurance broker we were dealing with, Brian, to get the $596 refunded since the previous Wednesday June 14th - it's now Tuesday June 20th. We've contacted head office and was cc'd on an email sent to Brian, Christie (a person we were told would contact us and sort this out but she still hasn't called) and the manager to contact us that day, Friday June17th. We still haven't received a return call the insurance broker is STILL avoiding our calls and voicemails. So now it is a full week since the insurance broker made an error on the insurance and has been unable to refund the $596 paid which is still outstanding to my friend. You would think this experience was bad enough but wait! There's MORE! The insurance broker didn't give back the transfer papers so I've been unable to insure my newly financed Jeep I purchased on Tuesday, June 14th; it's June 20th now. I texted the salesman on Wednesday June 15th and was told they would send them to me immediately only to find out they sent it via regular mail on Thursday June 16th. One would think the dealer would send via a courier or one of their staff members would deliver to my house the next day especially considering I had returned their demo plates immediately to them. I finally received my transfer papers via Canada Post Monday, June 19th which is simply not acceptable service. I emailed the General Manager of Jim Pattison Toyota in Victoria on Sunday and he did quickly reply about how he "is sorry" and would look into this the very next day, Monday June 19th, but once again I haven't heard back from anyone. So as of today, Tuesday June 20th there is still the insurance refund outstanding, the poor service and experience not addressed or resolved and the newly financed Jeep that I've still not been able to insure yet. I love my new Jeep but I will never purchase from Jim Pattison Toyota in Victoria ever again and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle consider a different dealership as well. I will be contacting the Vehicle Sales Association to file a complaint as well as posting this review to every and any site associated with them to warn others of my experience. More
