I had the pleasure of talking to Alex about an issue I have with my 2017 Toyota RAV4 Platinum. Alex said he wasn’t sure about the answer, but would find out by the end of the day. He did! This everybody, have with my 2017 Toyota RAV4 Platinum. Alex said he wasn’t sure about the answer, but would find out by the end of the day. He did! This everybody, is customer service. Businesses everywhere could learn from this branch of Jim Pattison, and primarily Alex on how this is performed. Rarely do you find someone so willing to help you concerning a question. My hats off to management to have Alex with them at this location, as he is definitely an asset and is a breath of fresh air as how business should be run. Recent Purchase of 2018 Prius I was very pleased with the sales team starting and ending with Nick Blackwell. I was rear ended in my 2010 Prius and wanted to replace it with a 201 I was very pleased with the sales team starting and ending with Nick Blackwell. I was rear ended in my 2010 Prius and wanted to replace it with a 2018 model same color. It was located up island and delivered in Duncan within two days. Very Rude Service and Wrong Tires! How would you like to take your car in and have them put the wrong tires on your car and then rudely tell you over, and over, and over again how you a How would you like to take your car in and have them put the wrong tires on your car and then rudely tell you over, and over, and over again how you are wrong. Then when they finally admit they were wrong, question why you are putting those tires on, don't let you take your car as they are the wrong tires, don't provide you with a loaner leaving you high and dry. Then they don't follow-up when they say they will because they "forgot". No loaner car provided for their error and then when you complain to corporate the local gm doesn't even follow-up. Oh and don't forget the rude attitude you receive when you finally get your car back. I have spoken with a number of others who have run into problems with this dealership as well and now avoid them. My advice is to stay clear of this whole group and go elsewhere! More

We did buy a 2013 toyota rav 4 through Axel and we are very happy with it. We found all of the staff to be pleasant, friendly and accommodating just an overall good experience at Duncan toyota.
