My previou negative issues were generally based on the prior dealership before the new building was built, that was when I purchased a New Rav4 but was totally discouraged by the Dont want to know after the sale which drove me to selling the Rav4 and moving my alegiance to Honda with their positive attitude towards me After the sale’s , In closing I am in the market for a New vehicle which May be a Toyota 4 Runner or stay and upgrade to a Pilot or Passport with Honda, I would be trading a 2018 Honda CRV EX with 96000kms with full service history, my decision has not been made neither has the Dealership other than Honda , Duncan. I have been to the New Toyota dealership in Duncan twice once to take out a New Tacoma and the other time to ask about a Highlander where everyone seemed too busy having lunch to approach me, so I left.Hope this has given you some insight to my previous experiences at your dealership, Terry McNally, Mill Bay.
