Very Rude Service and Wrong Tires! How would you like to take your car in and have them put the wrong tires on your car and then rudely tell you over, and over, and over again how you a How would you like to take your car in and have them put the wrong tires on your car and then rudely tell you over, and over, and over again how you are wrong. Then when they finally admit they were wrong, question why you are putting those tires on, don't let you take your car as they are the wrong tires, don't provide you with a loaner leaving you high and dry. Then they don't follow-up when they say they will because they "forgot". No loaner car provided for their error and then when you complain to corporate the local gm doesn't even follow-up. Oh and don't forget the rude attitude you receive when you finally get your car back. I have spoken with a number of others who have run into problems with this dealership as well and now avoid them. My advice is to stay clear of this whole group and go elsewhere! More

We did buy a 2013 toyota rav 4 through Axel and we are very happy with it. We found all of the staff to be pleasant, friendly and accommodating just an overall good experience at Duncan toyota. Empathy, customer service, an effort to get issues resolved. After several attempts to have some mechanical/warranty issues resolved at Nanaimo Toyota I took my 2016 Tacoma to Duncan and the drive was worth it. After several attempts to have some mechanical/warranty issues resolved at Nanaimo Toyota I took my 2016 Tacoma to Duncan and the drive was worth it. Clare and Mike were challenged by the fact that through no fault of their own they were dealing with a very frustrated customer due to Nanaimo's inability to deal with a simple and routine task...................diagnose the problem and look for a resolve. After being turned away 5 times (over a period of 6 months) in Nanaimo Duncan Toyota (Mike and Clare) had me booked into a rental and had ordered replacement parts with an hour. The replacement parts didn't resolve the issue and the challenges in figuring out what is actually wrong with the vehicle continue to this day. After 2 months of frustration the mechanics at Duncan Toyota have exhausted all efforts to find a resolve with no success so Mike Crashaw and Toyota Canada came to an agreement to share the loss and order me a brand new 2017 Tacoma, same model and colour. Mechanical and computer concerns can be ongoing and problematic and that's the world we now live in but the folks at Duncan Toyota from the service counter and the mechanics to the manager and the Finance Department make you feel like you matter and this customer left feeling satisfied that everyone at Duncan Toyota offers key attributes that make you want to return....................effort,empathy and customer service. Thanks for trying, thanks for your patience and thanks for my new truck !!! More
