Personally I can give a 5 start review for the Sales Department as a first time buyer. Harry Liu was able to satisfy the questions I had before getting a 2025 Crosstrek Onxy trim and even compared the k Department as a first time buyer. I also appreciate that he's available on a call during the week (Usually when I'm on break during work) except Thursday allowing for quick additional questions. I should note that most of my appointments there were low in traffic so that also helps. More

Have to book several weeks in advance for a simple oil change. Then had to Waite 2 hours only after I had to ask them to speed it up, and then they did not wash the car as there supposed to. Drealt with Usman Orunsolu and Jasmine Duesterdiek. Both very good. Went a little overboard with add-on/upselling but experience was good.
