My elderly Mother (86)has always insisted on using dealer services since she bought her 1990 Subaru Loyal. Even though I am a mechanic she 100 percent put her faith in the dealer. No one else has even lifted services since she bought her 1990 Subaru Loyal. Even though I am a mechanic she 100 percent put her faith in the dealer. No one else has even lifted the hood up on the car. After her most recent service she asked me to double check the work performed as the tech had suggested a fair bit of work. You can imagine my surprise when I open the hood and see a dirty old rag strapped to the oil filler neck of the car and a fuzzy battery in need of service. Not great for keeping moisture out of the engine or having the pcv system work correctly. Going through the records the tech mentioned oil filler cap missing Sep last year. They didn't ask her if she wanted to replace it. Not once but twice the car was in for service and this was not corrected. Also kind of wondering where it disappeared to start with as as I said No one but the dealer works on the car. Not the kind of attention to detail I would expect from ANY shop. More

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership Or a vehicle. Transmission did not feel right from the beginning, and when I spoke to the service department, the response was have you ever driven a Suba vehicle. Transmission did not feel right from the beginning, and when I spoke to the service department, the response was have you ever driven a Subaru before. I felt patronized and gaslight. coincidentally. Once the warranty expired, I was finally listened to and the vehicle required a major repair to the transmission. The repair was not done properly as they did not secure the drivetrain to the undercarriage as the bolts fell out or were never put in. Also, when I bought the vehicle, I paid extra to get the top trim, and the upholstery, which is plastic rather than leather, has started to tear and flake already. Recently purchased a used 2014 Crosstrek XV. The purchasing/pickup of the vehicle was smooth and the car was nicely cleaned etc. The A/C, despite being recharged and filled with stop leak before pu purchasing/pickup of the vehicle was smooth and the car was nicely cleaned etc. The A/C, despite being recharged and filled with stop leak before purchase was immediately problematic for a long road trip to SK, about 3 weeks after purchase. A significant leak was discovered in the A/C condenser. The dealer offered us only a 10% discount on replacement of this part. This was disappointing customer service as there was clearly a pre-existing problem with the A/C system that was not addressed prior to purchase. More

Best experience buying a car EVER ! Walked into the dealership, was greeted in a friendly, not at all pushy manner. I was asked a few questions and was shown the car I requested to see. We had great support from staff at the dealership when exploring which type and model suited is best and in test drives. No pressure just good information about the car. When it came time to discuss the options and pricing, the manager was very easy to work things through and was far more accommodating in pricing then the Subaru dealerships in Vancouver and Richmond. The Service staff have been very helpful in answering questions. Overall it is fantastic that we have a car that we love driving but the experience in the purchase process was actually enjoyable.
