Good at selling cars, not so good honouring warranty. Second vehicle bought from Frontier in the span of three years. Loved their vehicles, had a Legacy for three years, over 80k kms, no problems. Upgrade Second vehicle bought from Frontier in the span of three years. Loved their vehicles, had a Legacy for three years, over 80k kms, no problems. Upgraded to a WRX and 18 months later problems, you'd think they would want to help. They blame me for the broken car and tell me there is nothing they can do "Call Subaru Canada". I call Subaru Canada and they tell me "Call the dealership". What a run around! No ability for customers to get satisfaction when the Dealer can say what they want and not honour their own warranty. Be concerned if you ever need their help after purchase!! Won't even give out courtesy cars when bringing in vehicle for service. Horrible. Call other dealerships and repair shops and they are flabbergasted that Subaru will not honour their warranty. At this point I will never buy from them again. More

Waited a week and no response or anything. Even after trying to inquire I still received no reply. All I was looking for was a simple yes or no answer. Nonetheless I grew tired and moved on and had purchased a vehicle from a different dealership. Poor customer service I will never do business again with any company under the Jimi Pattison Group. More

Everyone I had dealings with was more than kind, helpful and respectful. Obviously the manager, Kirk Cancilla has set the example and tone with his staff. I had the pleasure of working with Ryndel Lantano who has the patience of a saint in explaining all of the features of my new car. Purchasing my new car was a wonderful and positive experience. Dreadful I went into the dealership with every intension of purchasing a vehicle, I ended up leaving in tears. I dealt with Yuhito Adachi who made false promises and had minimal knowledge of what he was selling. After agreeing to the terms on the sales floor with Yuhito, the deal changed once we entered the finance office - where Yuhito’s promises did not exist. I confronted Yuhito where he denied everything he said earlier, deeming it as a “miscommunication.” I attempted to speak with the general manager whom was “too busy” to speak with a purchasing customer. I would recommend that you go elsewhere if customer service is important. More

Full of Lying Crooks The salesman tried to lowball me on my trade-in by claiming that it had "steering problems" and could be a lemon. He then stated that his manager confirmed that the car had "steering problems", a clearly unbiased source. I subsequently had my trade-in safetied and appraised by several other dealerships, with no mention of "steering problems" from any of the other sources. Never again. More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. They wouldn't even let me test drive a WRX for more than 5 minutes, and that was after we asked to test Worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. They wouldn't even let me test drive a WRX for more than 5 minutes, and that was after we asked to test drive it the previous time we went in (flat out refused first time we went) . Being the fool I was I bought it anyways. Shortly after signing papers, I noticed a significant decrease in the quality of customer service and realized they had hidden documentation fees that they do not tell you untill you go into financing. Did I mention it was such a pain to even get a test drive? Upon delivery, car wasn't even done. They claimed I had to make additional appointments to get undercoating and tinting done. Are you kidding me? After setting a separate appointment to take the car tinted, it seemed like there were numerous rock chips in the front bumper and a large rock chip in the windshield (less than 500 km on the odo), which I suspect that the car was taken for a joyride while getting the windows tinted. After discussing with the incompetent manager (Shane was the name I think) about the issue, I was told to come back another day. Apparently Shane did not understand that we already waited 2 weeks after delivery to get this tint job and undercoating done, which all this should have been completed upon delivery. After numerous times we went in to discuss about the issue and being brushed off, we finally we able to see the "top" manager. She was extremely rude acting all high and mighty from the start and was an extreme pain to deal with. After hours of arguing, we finally got a replacement car to replace the one they damaged, which of course will take another 2 months untill it arrived. I've been to numerous dealerships, and this was by far the was the worst dealership experience of my life. I would recommend travelling a little further to Transcona to Jim Pattison Subaru instead, I found that they were much more competent and knowledgeable. This is the last time I step foot in this joke of a establishment ever again. More
