Bought a new Forester in the fall of 2022. Very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle with less than 17000kms. Block heater was not functioning, sway bar bushings have failed, subaru starlink unit had to be replaced (requiring several visits) and now the tailgate is rusting. Both the dealership and subaru canada have refused to deal with this issue. I have always owned Toyotas and Hondas and have never had this many issues, or rust of any kind. Very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle and the dealership/warranty even though they claim its a fantastic and comprehensive warranty. More
I did not require service on my car, only help understanding the ABS. Laura Cullen was wonderful giving me a complete explanation and making sure it all made sense to me. They' along with another fellow(sorry forgot name) were kind, helpful and I was impressed. I normally avoid using dealers for service, but after this experience I may have to re think that ! More
I strongly feel they are GOUGIN their customers unnecessarily. The price for a simple oil change there is OUTRAGEOUS!! Would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone for any service. We've never had anyone their offer us any kind of sale on anything when we've enquired about other parts and such. I have NOT found them to be helpful in anyway and now they're saying we need to buy their filters to keep our warranty valid!! Never heard of such a thing anywhere else!! But $153.45 for just an oil change!!! OUTRAGEOUS is all I can say! Will NO longer be going there for anything. We also were not told of this HUGE increase prior to the oil change. More

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the delivery of certain parts that are crucial for the proper functioning of my vehicle. The delayed delivery of these parts has rendered m regarding the delivery of certain parts that are crucial for the proper functioning of my vehicle. The delayed delivery of these parts has rendered my car unusable for a period of 7 to 10 weeks, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable. I placed an order for the required parts today, with the understanding that they would be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Given the essential nature of these parts to the overall performance and safety of my vehicle. I relied on your company's commitment to time delivery, Unfortunately as of today's date i haven't received any information regarding the status of my order or an estimated delivery date. The extended delay in receiving these parts has had a significant impact on my daily life. Without a functional vehicle, I am unable to commute to work, run errands, or fulfill important responsibilities. This has not caused not only inconvenience but also financial strain as i have had to rely on alternative transportation methods. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays in deliveries. However a delay of 7 to 10 weeks, without any clear communication or updates on the status of my order, is simply unacceptable. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter to expedite the delivery of the essential parts. If there are any issues or challenges causing the delay, i would appreciate transparent communication regarding the reasons and a realistic estimate for when i can expect to receive the parts. I trust that your company values its customers and their satisfaction. I hope that this situation can be rectified promptly so that i can regain the use of my vehicle and return to my normal routine. I urge you to take my complaint seriously and take swift action to resolve this matter. More

Julan Jacinto was the one who helped me find my car and he was very easy going and chairsmatic. gives off super good spirits and gave lots of information about the car and worked us out a good deal and made the experince for us comfortable and pleasent! i dont see why i wont stop at JP subaru south first next time i buy a car, and once again everyone that i talked to that worked there was nice and welcoming. i dont know if i came on a good day lol but the vibe was so good it made me wanna leave a review about Julan and JP subaru south. The JP Subaru South Collision Centre is an excellent operation thanks to manager Julie Johner . She is technically knowledgeable and takes care to train her staff on proper office procedures and sets an operation thanks to manager Julie Johner . When I expressed a concern , she personally along with a technician took my car for a test drive, pin pointed the cause and dealt with it . Now that is service . I too found Robyne Lemieux to be a gem. Very helpful , courteous and tactful in customer communication . Prompt to return inquiries . Interestingly , the rest of the front line staff are all female who are also very attentive to good customer relations . More
