Upon careful review and discussion with our Parts team, I was informed that the part you seek is on back-order status at Subaru Canada’s Parts Distribution Center. Unfortunately, we cannot predict nor can we change the circumstances that cause these delays. Our role is limited to placing the order accurately; once the order is placed, we then receive an “estimated” time of arrival, and the order is linked to Subaru Canada’s parts inventory. We hope you understand. We also feel it is worth noting that ever since the world events transpiring over the last few years (Covid-19 pandemic), the automotive parts supply world wide has suffered, and to this day has not fully recovered. This has had an effect not only on parts supply but on new vehicle production, which can clearly be seen in new car inventory levels across the globe. I understand you have ordered the part and we thank you for your support, but also for your patience and understanding while we work through the challenges I mentioned above.
