The JP Subaru South Collision Centre is an excellent operation thanks to manager Julie Johner . She is technically knowledgeable and takes care to train her staff on proper office procedures and sets an operation thanks to manager Julie Johner . Interestingly , the rest of the front line staff are all female who are also very attentive to good customer relations . More

Only a few staffs in the service department is considered to be friendly person. Some of them greeted you by asking you questions with no smile like an interrogation. This is the best service I have ever received from a car dealership (and I am 60 years old). We plugged a nespresso maker into the lighter socket in our Outback and blew a fuse.
