My wife and I picked up our shiny new Santa Fe yesterday c/ w red ribbon, nice touch. Trevor made us feel very comfortable from the time we first met and we felt no pressure when we bought the SUV or when w c/ w red ribbon, nice touch. Gurj helped with our insurance, answered our questions and then Trevor gave us a tour of the Dealership and introduced us to Gabriel the Ops Mgr, Kevin at the Service Desk and David at Parts. All of them said drop in or call if you have issues or questions. Joel ran me through the Nav system, and general vehicle ops and then we were on our way. I went to the Jim Pattison Hyundai Surrey to trade the vehicle I had purchased 2 weeks ago from another dealership (It had high milleage) which I figured out surprisingly there was a lien on that vehic vehicle I had purchased 2 weeks ago from another dealership (It had high milleage) which I figured out surprisingly there was a lien on that vehicle!! The staff of Jim pattison Hyundai Surrey(specially Trevor, Sam and Cam) helped me very friendly to make the previous dealership to pay off the lien as I had no idea what to do and then traded the vehicle which I was not happy very conveniently. I am so happy with the service they provided for me and wish them all the best. More
Watch out for hidden charges. These guys are very deceptive. I just wanted to buy the car without anything extra. Instead of any discount from new vehicle price, I was charged $220 for mud flaps an deceptive. I just wanted to buy the car without anything extra. Instead of any discount from new vehicle price, I was charged $220 for mud flaps and wheel locks which are already included with the car. I was also forced into buying "platinum security protection" system for $374 for some etching and stickers. The so called "finance package" charge of $495 was also added in. I ask you; who wants over $1000 added to the price of an already expensive vehicle for no good value at all. The salesman will tell you it only adds a few dollars to the Biweekly payment. Let me tell you this adds an entire paycheque for me. It makes me sick to my stomach. Not only that, they spent over an hour giving me the hard sell on extended warranties and protection packages. They are out for blood. Don't buy a car from any Jim Pattison dealers. They are crooks. I have purchased 3 new cars before this one from other dealers. Never has one been as greedy as this one. More
