Service department goes above and beyond. Have dealt with Kevin for years and to be honest likely the reason I keep driving Hyundai’s. They are patient, understanding, compassionate, friendly amongst so much more. Recently had my belt slip and Eric helped me right before they closed to get it back on. I pushed my sister to buy a Hyundai based on this location alone, the sales team was amazing as well. I live closer to 4 dealerships but will go out of my way just to deal with them. I 100% recommend this dealership to ANYONE who asks where I go. My next car will be coming from them as well whenever I chose to get another. We purchased a Hyundai Kona from the JP Hyundai dealership in Coquitlam and are so pleased with how well we have been treated there. The people are very respectful and prompt. We could have bough dealership in Coquitlam and are so pleased with how well we have been treated there. The people are very respectful and prompt. We could have bought from a much closer dealership but chose the Hyundai Coquitlam dealership because of the people there and the selection. We will be back to Hyundai Coquitlam when we want to purchase another vehicle. We highly recommend this particular dealership to friends and family. More

I normally stay as far away as humanly possible from car dealerships. Unfortunately, I needed a new car as mine finally died. My daughter and her husband are regular customers of this dealership and recomme dealerships. Unfortunately, I needed a new car as mine finally died. I haven't bought a new car since 2006 so the experience and cars in general have changed a lot. As a senior, I wasn't overly comfortable going into the process, but Maha in the Finance office in particular made it far easier and actually enjoyable ... even while parting with loads of money. She was funny and genuine to work with. Bahbak in the sales department was also fantastic. Very patient with me and my lack of technology aptitude and took the time to show me around, introduce me to the service people and answered all my questions professionally. They both made me feel very valued as a customer unlike other Hyundai dealers in the lower mainland who I also visited. Great service experience, and got a nice new car. Thank you very much to Jim Pattison Hyundai Coquitlam. You've got a great group of employees and great product. More

One of my friends who got a 2020 Kona EV received a call fro an excellent service to us. We have a 2019 Kona EV that we bought from Lougheed Hyundai. One of my friends who got a 2020 Kona EV received a call from your location asking them to book an appointment for the recall. I did not get a letter (like they did before) or a call regarding this recall. So I called JP Hyundai and I got you on the line. You were very helpful, professional and quickly assisted our needs and got us the appointment. You truly look out for customer like us and care about each one of us. After I first bought my car at Hyundai Kingsway in 2012 and moved to Coquitlam in 2013 and later moved to Langley in 2016, I have been sending my car to Hyundai Coquitlam for servicing and change of parts and snow tyres, too. Kevin Yu does not, just do an excellent job but he gives his best and he will go all out to assist you in every way possible. After his promotion to Parts and Service Manager, he still attends to my calls and personally, book my appointment every time I call up for my car to be serviced or if my car parts need to be changed. He will always advise me in a very professional manner and I trust him more than 100% to get my car fixed! During my previous car servicing and change of new wipers in late August 2020, Kevin was sitting in his office and when I walked in through the door, he got up immediately to greet me and after my car was done, he personally dealt with my payment at the counter and he then walked outside with another customer and I to show us where our cars were parked. His super excellent customer skills is way beyond words, his humility and his professionalism goes beyond being a Parts and Service Manager. You are the best, Mr Kevin Yu! I will still drive through highways and cross bridges from Langley to Hyundai Coquitlam to get my car serviced at all times. Kevin, I mentioned that I will not change my car, not unless I have to, as you have helped take care of my accent all these past years but who knows, one fine day, if I do strike the lottery, I may change my mind!
