Complaint I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado from Jim Keay Ford in Orleans in September 2018. I was promised XM radio for 3 months, a professional detailing I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado from Jim Keay Ford in Orleans in September 2018. I was promised XM radio for 3 months, a professional detailing job (since the truck was dirty inside) and an exterior buffing job to remove surface scratches. None of these promises were kept. The truck still had crumbs and left over food in cracks, I did not get XM radio (I was told after purchasing the truck that deal applies to new vehicles) and none of the surface scratches were removed. There was absolutely no effort made on the dealership’s part to uphold what they had promised, and when I confronted the salesperson about it, he denied ever promising anything. The dealership also messed up on the pick-up date; I was told to pick it up on a Tuesday and, once I showed up, they told me it was Wednesday (and it was my mistake). Additionally, I was told by their finance manager that I would be subject to a higher finance rate unless I purchased an extended warrenty. I was not impressed with the false promises and did not like their approach to fixing their own mistakes. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone – in fact, I would actively tell others to avoid it. Thankfully, I love my truck but unfortunately this unprofessional Ford dealership cannot take any credit for the quality and performance of a Chevrolet vehicle. More

They should take there service reps all out to have a look at BMW dealers in Ottawa and see how they treat there customers, or to there competitor Lincoln Field , they would be shocked!! More

I was quickly responded to, and put in touch with a gentleman named Mike Roff. He completely blew me away with his service. He was very honest and upfront about everything, and felt like he genuinely cared. Although I didn't end up buying a vehicle from him (due to the availability of a white model), I would 100% recommend speaking to him if you have any intentions of buying a Ford. 10/10 More
