Very Accomodating I was recently shopping around for a 2018 Ford Focus when I emailed the dealership to get some details. I was quickly responded to, and put in touch with a gentleman named Mike Roff. He completely blew me away with his service. He was very honest and upfront about everything, and felt like he genuinely cared. Although I didn't end up buying a vehicle from him (due to the availability of a white model), I would 100% recommend speaking to him if you have any intentions of buying a Ford. 10/10 More

Customer Rep. very unprofessional, felt like I was intruding on his day. No eye contact, one word answers and this is there first line of contact when you arrive. They should take there service reps all out to have a look at BMW dealers in Ottawa and see how they treat there customers, or to there competitor Lincoln Field , they would be shocked!! More
