I never knew buying a new car could be so pleasant. We went in to test drive the Edge in order to compare it with the vehicle from another company that we had in mind to purchase. However, Woodley's friendly and knowledgeable approach and the comfortable ride of the Edge changed our mind! We offered our vehicle as a trade-in and Woodley went out of his way to secure us the best deal possible with documents to support his offer. Woodley's respectful and honest approach eased the process of this deal. We really felt he was working to make this experience as smooth and pleasant as possible for us. We never felt pressured and once we made up our mind, he was able to deliver the new vehicle two days later, as promised. When we picked up the new car, Woodley spent over an hour with us explaining all the ins and outs of our new purchase and he even was so thoughtful as to offer to sync my cell phone with the car's Bluetooth. His attention to details is impressive. Our experience at Jim Keay Ford has been overall very positive. From Woodley who first welcomed us, to the manager who took in our trade-in, Geatan the Financial Service Manager who patiently explained to us the advantages of the Cash'n Go program and the cashier; all were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had an extremely positive experience. My deal was a tough one and Bonnie came through for me when other dealerships couldn't. She also was great to deal with. Before the purchase, We had previously visited the dealership on several occasions since we had interest in a used F-150 Limited Edition for which the price was very competitive. On our last visit, we met with Bonnie to discuss or negotiate a final price as well as a possibility for a trade in. In our discussions, instead of trading in one vehicule, we decided to trade in both of our vehicules for the truck. With this in mind, we did a more in depth research on the original asking price for a new F-150 compare to their asking price now. To our surprise, it was extremely good. Bonnie took the time to answer my questions and reassure me on certain concerns in a timely matter. I appreciate her efficiency and her professonalism. I can only have positive comments on my experience at Jim Kay Ford from the service I got Bonnie as the salesperson to Gaetan at financial services and Chris in the body shop. My satifactory experience exceeded what Customer service should be. I am very confident that the clients I will be refering to your dealership, will be treated as good as I was. Bonnie was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and fun to do business with, but remained the constant professional in all of my dealings with her. After unsuccessfully visiting other car makers, Bonnie was able to help me achieve my wish list and put me in the auto I needed and wanted, negotiate a price I was happy with, and complete our transaction with all questions and concerns covered. She will definitely get my recommendation, and see me again for my next vehicle purchase. More

I was very honest and straightforward with him about what I was looking for, what my price range was, and that I was interested in the typical car-buying games. He appreciated my candor and reciprocated that candor when we met. From the moment my husband and I walked in, Mr. Belony was pleasant, polite and ready to get to business. Knowing we had our children with us, he was fast but informative, fair and reasonable, and very knowledgeable. His professionalism, lack of games, and knowledge made for a very easy purchase. We were in and out of the dealership in under two hours and I had my new vehicle 3 days later. When I picked up the vehicle, the professionalism continued and I am certain will continue as long as I own the vehicle. I would highly recommend Mr. Belony to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle but does not want to be bothered with the typical games. More
I found my car on the internet located at this dealership. I contacted the dealership and within hours I was contacted by David Charter. I live in Windsor which is a 7 hour car ride away from the car, they made me feel as if I lived around the corner from them. I have purchased over 10 cars from ford but never have received this type of service. This was a fantastic experience. These 2 guys are the most professional people I have ever dealt with. When I buy my next car it will be from this dealership and these 2 guys. I purchased the car from them sight unseen but it was as if I had taken the car out for a test drive. They answered every question I had and provided accurate information about the purchase I made. I would recommend these 2 guys and this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car. Great work guys... To be honest ive always been sceptical about buying a vehicle because it's a big commitment and i am one of those people with buyers remorse. I met Woodley several months ago looking to buy a truck. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the vehicle I was inquiring about. Well my buyers remorse came in and he was very patient and extremely understandable when I decide to wait. Fast forward a few months later now in need of a vehicle as mine just broke down. I went online to see what i could find for a reasonable price that would suit my family of my wife and two young children. I saw a couple nice Ford Fusions at Jim Keay and was elated because I knew Woodley was there. I live in Kanata. I have a Ford dealership 4KM from my house. I took the bus to Orleans from Kanata to deal with Woodley rather then go down the street to Kanata Ford. I walked in and was greeted by Woodley with a firm handshake and friendly smile. He asked how my wife Josie and my kids were. Let me remind you he met me once before at the beginning of the summer. He already had ALL the info on the two cars I was looking at laid out for me so we could get to business because he knew I was in a pickle with no vehicle. We went through the vehicles and he was extremely professional but very helpful in helping me make my decision. I was in on Wednesday and had my car on Friday morning, just in time to do my Christmas traveling. I can say this with confidence and 100% truth I will never visit another dealership for a vehicle other them Jim Keay Ford as long as Woodley works there. You will not be disappointed in Woodley or the dealership itself. If you are buying a Ford, visit Jim Keay and ask for Woodley, you will not be disappointed! I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Jim Keay Ford in Orleans, Ontario. The purchase agreement included a clause which stated that I would be able to purchase winter tires and rims “at cost” from the in Orleans, Ontario. The purchase agreement included a clause which stated that I would be able to purchase winter tires and rims “at cost” from the dealership that was included during the negotiation of the purchase price. So I called this week to arrange to purchase my winter tires and received prices for various tires and rims. I then compared the price with other retailers in the area and received quotes for approximately the same price or lower for the same tires or tires of equivalent quality. I called the dealership back to ensure that I was receiving the tires “at cost” and was told that the price I was given was the price for the Sales Department. I then asked what the difference was between the price for the Sales Department and the retail price and was told the price is the same. I then spoke to the salesman and told him this and he was surprised but seemed unwilling or unable to do anything. I assumed upon making the purchase agreement that “at cost” implied the cost to the dealership to purchase them from the manufacturer. This seemed reasonable since the dealership would not lose money and I would get my tires at a discount. I spoke to several people about their impression of what the phrase “at cost” means and received the same answer. I feel that I have been tricked out of the winter tire discount that was negotiated in good faith. I decided to purchase my winter tires elsewhere and paid much less than what Jim Keay Ford was offering. I am very happy with my Ford Edge but my experience with Jim Keay Ford following the purchase has been extremely unpleasant. I would not recomend purchasing a a car from this dealer. More

Eminent traits of Mr. Belony include the fact that he always made himself available to me, didn’t pressure me, and gave me straight and accurate detail throughout the whole process. I personally loved this because, as a first time car buyer, I had many questions regarding the process (what to do, how to do it etc.) - Mr. Belony was always 100% willing to help me with my problems and answered all of my questions with complete accuracy. He demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and that was astounding to me, considering my past experiences. Working with Mr. Belony is an experience that I will always remember because he sold me my first car and I’m glad to say that I couldn’t have asked for anyone better – he took care of me and made sure all of my needs were met. I live on the west side of the city and had visited several Ford dealers before visiting Jim Keay. My experience with her on road testing and price negotiation was comfortable. I wish I had purchased my previous vechile from her! Keep up the good work, Sarah! :-) Will post more reviews on the dealer when I get more experience with their service department. That is very important for me in making a decision on future purchases. More
