Initially we spo I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta from Jim Keay Ford Lincoln a week ago and received exceptional customer service from Nick Labelle. Initially we spotted a modified Fiesta on the lot which encouraged us to came in the very next day for a test drive. Nick was quick to greet us and our toddler son and was eager to see how he could help us out. We have dealt with different dealerships in the past and this is by far the greatest experience we have had. Nick explained that Jim Keay was currently offering their employee discount program and assured us that it was a great time to buy. He answered our questions adequately and did not impress on us the need to make a purchase right then and there. He negotiated some bells and whistles and when we were ready to proceed he brought the Finance Manager to negotiate further. This left a good impression on us. In terms of customer experience, he set the bar pretty high and always had a few minutues to chat about the car. What we appreciate is his honesty, his salesmanship and the way he handled things when we were unsure of my husbands employment following news that a major re-org had impacted his company that very week! Nick empathised and did not discourage us at all. In fact he ensured that whatever decision we took, he would support. Hats off to Nick! In the end, his charisma wons us over and our little boy even made a friend in him. The sale was partly the car but also his dedication to our requests. We wish him much success and if and when we decide to upgrade our car, we would not hesitate to come back to Jim Keay to find Nick. Well done! More

The sales consultant Dave Charter was simply amazing. If anyone wants to buy a car, i highly recommend him. There is no pressure. But most important of all, he was able to do what no other sales consultant was able to do, (and what in the end really won him the sale) when i asked him a question and he didn't have the answer, instead of lying or giving an unrelated vague answer, he simply said "Actually, I'm not sure, but we can look into it when we get back to my desk". The fact that he was able to admit to not knowing something, but further, his willingness to find the answer with us, is what to me, divides him from a normal sales consultant. More
