Didnt diagnose anything, didnt even do an inspection, we asked for paperwork and they only had the invoice. Just told her yep they need to be replaced and $1400 parts and labour later gave it back, only for the mounts to give away again (which was the actual original problem) and when she brought it back they wanted $800 to fix the mounts. So she called them back and basically asked if they scammed her, which they clearly denied. But magically when she went to pick the car up to bring to a different shop. The strut was back inside the mount and wasnt popping out. So... i think the first time they did the same thing, who knows if they even replaced the struts.. Dont touch this place More

We asked to get the estimate emailed and we would look around. Ten minutes later they called back and incredibly the estimate has been reduced by $1200. Lost all trust in them and will never go back! They will scam you for as much money as they can, stay away. More

They pride themselves on having tough trucks, which is a laugh considering what happened with my "luxury truck". Within the last couple of weeks, my wife was getting into the driver side rear door and as she closed the door like a normal person and the plastic handle came out and a piece inside broke. I took this in for repair and they said it couldn't be repaired and I'd have to replace the whole door panel. GM customer care wouldn't honour the repair based on this dealerships advice. So you're telling me its not a mechanical defect for a 3 year old luxury truck's door handle to break when closing the door? What a joke. Truthfully the joke is on them as previously I was getting all my servicing done there and was waitlisted to purchase the new 2023 Canyon Denali. I obviously won't be buying a truck that cannot even withstand a door being shut. Not to mention spreading the word about this abysmal dealership. More
While in for service told had a screw in the sidewall of tire. I had them replace all four tires on my truck. Noticed one tire had a slow leak. Went to a tire shop to get repaired. Turns out that the valve tire. I had them replace all four tires on my truck. Noticed one tire had a slow leak. Went to a tire shop to get repaired. Turns out that the valve stems that weren’t replaced are leaking on two tires. That was a hundred dollar to fix two tires that should have been done when the tires were put on. Sent an email to them about tires but no reply. Don’t buy tires from them or youll More
I have had 2 unpleasant dealings with Steve and the service department in the last couple of months. I will share my latest experience as a warning for fellow consumers. My 2017 gmc truck hood open w service department in the last couple of months. I will share my latest experience as a warning for fellow consumers. My 2017 gmc truck hood open warning sensor was acting up so I booked an appointment with them. I had a mechanic (at a different shop) unplug the hood latch sensor so the anti theft alarm would stop going off while I waited a week and a half for my appointment. At that time my engine light came on my dash immediately after the switch was unplugged. I take my truck in and explain all above to Steve. They replaced the hood sensor assembly. He then tells me the engine light is unrelated to my hood sensor issue. He says the technician thinks it might be a misfiring cylinder or something. I told him that’s odd considering it came on immediately after the other shop undid the hood latch sensor. Again told me I was wrong. I went straight to another mechanic shop and they plugged in their reader. Guess what message came up…that’s right hood latch sensor issue! He reset it and it’s been good since. Jenner didn’t even bother to plug reader in and reset sensor after completing the work they did. Steve told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and if I wanted to leave truck they would look into it. I am relieved I didn’t leave it. I am not sure if they were planning to be dishonest or just incompetent. Anyways buyer beware this shop has had similar reviews lately. In particular with Steve and his inability to communicate properly and honestly with the customer. T Hynes More

I took my 2016 Z06 corvette there for a routine oil change in April. When I got home I looked over the service invoice which stated that they had safety checked the car and had reset the oil life moni change in April. When I got home I looked over the service invoice which stated that they had safety checked the car and had reset the oil life monitor on the car. So I checked the oil monitor to see if that was true. It turns out they had not reset the oil life monitor as stated on the service invoice. I thought I better look the car over more closely and check for oil leaks underneath the car. I couldn’t believe it the car was leaking oil from the oil filter all over my garage floor. This is mechanics 101 the simplest of jobs and they couldn’t even do that right! They blamed it on a faulty oil filter(Lie) . Everyone knows you always check for leaks after every oil change! They were not very apologetic for their poor workmanship and did not offer me any compensation for the stress and hassle this caused me. This is the second time I have caught them lying to me. The first time I had my car in to install new tires. They had difficulty mounting my new Michelin run flat tires. The service manager said not to worry worst case scenario they would farm it out. Four days later the car was ready. l said to the service manager so did you end up farming it out ? He said no we didn’t need to we got it done in house.(Lie) I know this was a lie because someone on the inside told me the tires were taken to a tire shop! The bottom line is unless you absolutely have to I would not recommend taking your car here for service. They are dishonest and quality of service is questionable! Karl R More

Shop service Never again! - attitude and unfairness. Inflated shop / flat rate performed. $100 to change fuse! Problem was not the fuse, but a shorted wire (I found in 2mins). - attitude and unfairness. Inflated shop / flat rate performed. $100 to change fuse! Problem was not the fuse, but a shorted wire (I found in 2mins). Took Tech 10mins to change fuse, charged .75hr @ $150/hr plus $8 fuse. Would not Credit back the time to find and fix properly. I really thought that I was giving my truck to quick professionals. Jenner is mainly focussed on Warranty repair activities. That is fine, now I know and have confirmed what others have told me about the poor service and not ever returning. I am not even sure that I would give them a warranty recall! Done. More
