I have recommended friends to go get services on there vehicles. I had an issue, which was dealt immediately from Fred the owner. I would highly recommend this dealership. Great job guys. Used Car Purchase We got a preowned 2009 Toyota Hybrid Camry just recently. During the presales check it was not disclosed properly by the saleman that the car only had one set of key. To our disapointment on the turn over, we were handed only 1 key. Jenner staffs have not been very helpful after this. More

Servicing is fast and efficient with very friendly reception and I always enjoy a cappachino in the dealership lobby. I love that they send me reminders when I'm due for an oil change, an inspection report and always give me a complementary car wash at the co-op so I can use it when I need it the most. Service for my 2003 dually leading to purchase of 2015 1 ton I have dealt at Jenners for many years and bought several vehicles there. The staff have always gone out of their way to answer all my questions and I have dealt at Jenners for many years and bought several vehicles there. The staff have always gone out of their way to answer all my questions and do all my servicing in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction (I am pretty particular as I am a mechanic myself). With this history and the many discussions with Steve in the Service Department and Mike the mechanic, it made it much easier to come to the decision to trade my beloved 2003 Chev 3500 dually in on a 2015 Chev 3500 crewcab. Jason Podann in Sales was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. They detailed the truck to like-new condition and did all the servicing on it and whatever repairs were needed. More

Bought a 2017 Cruze Hatch I had it in my head that I wanted to buy a new vehicle. Kyle Matthews was the Jenner sales rep that helped me in my choice of vehicle. Very knowledge I had it in my head that I wanted to buy a new vehicle. Kyle Matthews was the Jenner sales rep that helped me in my choice of vehicle. Very knowledgeable and helpful. As a car care specialist he was able to answer all my questions and admittedly when he didn't have the answer, he made a point of getting an answer soonest. Once I settled on a the Cruze hatch, he and the Jenner group made sure that 2 hours later I was in my new vehicle driving off. Thank you for your professionalism. More
Not so "certified pre-owned" I recommend you check every single button, switch, knob and option very closely. Seat lumbar, and heating option did not work. The four wheel drive I recommend you check every single button, switch, knob and option very closely. Seat lumbar, and heating option did not work. The four wheel drive will not go into low gear. These are things I expect to work when buying from a Chev dealer and did not try at that time and for some time later such as the 4 wheel drive in low gear last weekend.. I found that the top floor at Jenner was great to deal with. The truck buying experience was very exciting and they were not pushy at all and casually helped me find the right LTZ. I do recommend them to people who are looking for a vehicle but "buyer beware". More
Obnoxious, uncooperative and snarly service department. Previous Jenner service had a major transmission service. A subsequent local oil change service at a reputable dealer noted that the transmission oil Previous Jenner service had a major transmission service. A subsequent local oil change service at a reputable dealer noted that the transmission oil cooler connections at the transmission were leaking. Advised that they did not have the parts to correct. Arranged an appointment with Jenner to correct the issue. We are not local to the dealer so even a minor trip is $15 to $20 of fuel. Upon arrival at Jenners, we were advised we did not have an appointment. Requested Jenners to give us a price to replace the two quick connect fittings, refused by Jenners. Purchased the OEM parts at Lordco for half the price of Jenners cost. Checked with Wheaton Chev on cost to install parts, advised by Wheaton that it only took 10 minutes to change the fittings but they would have to charge the minimum 0.5 hours labor. Wheaton service tech suggested that I could change the quick connect parts myself and save the labor cost. I firmly believe Jenners would have probably charged me $200 for 10 minutes of work. More
