First off, we want to apologize for your recent experience here at our dealership. This is not the experience we want people to have. We know that if we had handled this situation better, we would not be a this point. We are sorry. If we can ‘defend’ our team for a moment, please allow us to. We can appreciate outside opinions on what’s wrong with your vehicle and that there most likely is validity to those opinions. However, if we followed through on the opinions of others and repaired the vehicle to those opinions and later found them to be incorrect, WE would be to blame and you the customer would be quite upset. This is why we make it a policy to have our technicians diagnose your concern first before we confirm anything. Sure we could have guessed what the problem was, but what if we were wrong? We don’t want you paying for anything you do not need to spend your money on. This policy may not be agreeable to all, and you are entitled to that opinion. We are sorry that we could not have communicated that better to you. We hope that in some way in the future we can prove to you that we are good people and that we are looking out for your best interest and the safety of your vehicle.
