Frustrating. I know alot of people say this place is good. But I rembeer norm asking me to write a good review so I assume they are people who were also told. This was my first car and it was supposed to be delivered on a certain date then was pushed back 3 times. When it came to the 3rd date they told me they are not able to deliver it although I paid a delivery fee at that point I just was happy to get it because I had already spent over 800 in uber fees from the extended wait . As soon as I sat in the car I noticed 3 problems wich were promised to be fixed I emailed and left a voicemail for norm that was not returned . And a 3rd and 4th phone call. Finally my 30 day warranty was almost up with them wich was why they were ignoring me . So I showed up was told I had to go to another location to get it looked at and they weren't available until the 32nd day of warentty so 2 days after it had ended and had to pay for the repairs myself . Not to mention these fixes were never told to me before signing everything. Was also pushed to buy extended warranty for 3800 was supposed to be gold series with 5000 liability again after signing and paying for it was 3000 liability and half the things the brochure said it covered under gold it did not. Feel like I was ripped off badly. More

This is what it is supposed to be like buying a vehicle. We have 5 cars at our house hold and our share of previous challenges with dealer integrity. JAZZ AUTO is really as good as the their ratings. We picked up a Mini Cooper today for a family member. Jazz went above and beyond, and we left with a perfect vehicle. They do not "pad" the bill of sale with ancillary charges like every other dealer we met. Norm their Sales Manager, took lots of time to educate us on warrantees and service needs. He was an outstanding communicator and true to his word. This is a zero pressure environment. Thanks again Jazz auto! We will be back.... More

Fabulous group there! :) I recently bought a 2013 Mini Cooper from Jaz in May 2017. Though they didn't have a mini on their lot at the time I was looking, they helped me find my dream cooper in under a week. The car looked brand new and even more beautiful after their buffing services! Clean car-proof, very welcoming in personal mechanic checks, low kms and super reasonable pricing for what you get! You honestly get what you pay for and more!! Whether the car you want is in their lot inventory or not, they are more than happy to find what you are looking for! I was going on three weeks without a vehicle and had purchased a vehicle from another dealership. They kept promising me a delivery date and every time the date would arrive the delivery date would get pushed back. I was so upset I got my deposit back and the next day my husband took me to Jaz Auto. Norm the sales manager was just amazing. He sat down with my husband and I and told us all about the vehicle I wanted. We took it for a test drive, went back into Norm's office and told him we had another couple of cars we were going to look at. There was no pressure to buy he just said "absolutely, let me know either way" We drove out to Brampton to look at the same vehicle and it was a no-brainer. We called Norm right away and said we were on our way! how soon can we get it? It was Thursday afternoon and Norm pushed for delivery of the car for Saturday. I picked up my new car on Saturday! After week I had one small issue with my doorhandle. I brought it in today and no questions asked they checked it out, ordered the part, had it delivered within an hour, drove it to a garage and had it replaced. I would definitely recommend jazz auto to anybody looking for a great vehicle. Go and see Norm! Thank you so much Jaz Auto! I'm loving my new Fiat?? More

Recently I had some issues with my car engine and I brought it to my warranty company's service centre. Service centre is taking time to find right parts for the car and my warranty coverage doesn't cover car rental. I have already done with all possible support from the dealer Jaz Auto as it is more than 4 months now i bought the car. But still I shared my trouble with them in this cold weather without a car. I couldn't believe Jaz Auto offering me a rental car free of charge. God bless on them. Looking to buy an used car, just think Jaz Auto for best service. Regards Abu More
