At the beginning during negotiating the price they were not willing to reduce the price but I noticed the front tires being quite worn, they were replacing them with new ones, same brand. Very good deal. Honest employees i was looking for a Honda CRV in the Hamilton area. I have never bought from a dealer before and was leary and suspicious. Norm had the car taken to the local Honda dealership for a check and it was fine. They replaced a missing heat shield even though they claimed they werent obliged to do so. The car has been fine other than normal wear on a 10 yr old vehicle and I was treated fairly and honestly by Norm and the dealership. Everything was done efficiently. More
