horrendous service from your financial managers and service parts. Started the re-finance process since July 16th indicating that end of August was going to be our busiest time of year. Our lease was service parts. Started the re-finance process since July 16th indicating that end of August was going to be our busiest time of year. Our lease was up Sep 1st, and our intention was always to buy back the vehicle and do our 3rd leased vehicle with you when inventory was back in stock. Sent a follow up email July 29th, no response. Followed up again Aug 18th to get a response Aug 19th. (over a month later from my initial email/phone calls to start the buyout/finance process). Finally the inspection was booked and deal was done in the middle of my busiest time of year (which I specifically asked for this to be done prior too). Here we are Sept 10th, and I still have not received my final document a copy of ownership. Sent another two emails asking for a copy of the ownership, nothing. Your dealership has been a disaster to deal with over the past 7 years (except for Anna my sales rep and Idris). There was a clear difference in your floor staff when greeting/doing service calls on male owned vehicles vs females. On our last visit to do the safety, your service/parts manager was yelling at a female junior staff member in front of other customers. All of your staff looked on and said nothing. As a female led business, I will not be supporting your organization in the future that clearly shows favouritism on who they want to deal with and who they treat differently More
