The staff was very attentive, were willing to help and explain things. Showroom was bright and clean. My only complaint was do to Toyota policy an additional charge to me of 50 dollars had to be paid for the bank to bank wire transfer. When putting out all that money for a new car , this extra charge for your security should not be a cost to me. Having to pay a shipping fee was bad enough! More

The young fellow ( used cars represent ) laid me on a few things : Oil spray done , rust proof done  and undercoating done on 2017 Toyota Highlander..I'm a Care mechanic , just retired last year after 31year things : Oil spray done , rust proof done  and undercoating done on 2017 Toyota Highlander..I'm a Care mechanic , just retired last year after 31years in automotive.Mostly bodywork ,collision and maintenanceI bend my knee to see the undernee of the car and sow  only dry ra\usted body.
