Thank you to Ishpreet for handling our request and needs. However, the dealership needs to have a better customer service from day one to anyone that comes in to the store and regardless of the age or appear However, the dealership needs to have a better customer service from day one to anyone that comes in to the store and regardless of the age or appearance. The missing point was that 3 of the associate had us wait for more than 1 hour 3 different days to get help and this is were Ishpreet come in and helped us from that negative experience and turn it into a better experience to us. Not only giving us options for the new vehicle, walk us through some of the models, explains the differences and upgrades and warranties. I want to be real honest here that was not Ishpreet's fault but the lack of engagement I received in this store I would gone to a different dealership anywhere during the order period. More
