Happy with my experience I'm currently viewing the comments and I was surprised with some of the negative responses. I came down from Sudbury to pick up a 2010 tacoma in 2012. Tara Patton/Tolmie was the sales associate I dealt with. We negotiated a price over the phone. The price was good for me and I haven't had issues with the truck. Careless and Greedy Dealership I contacted this dealership about a car that I found they posted on autotrader. It took them so long to response. Deliberate damage Deliberately damaged a part on our Camry thinking we wouldn't catch it and tow it. Said two parts needed to be replaced, one we knew wasn't broken. We towed it - to our regular mechanic where we discovered they broke the part was snapped. Took pictures before and after. When we confronted them, at least their service head was stupid enough to admit on a voicemail that they broke it. Made it pretty easy for our lawyer to sue them which we are in the process of doing now, though we would have sued them anyway with the photographic proof. More
Terrible Service We made an appointment two weeks in advance to get what we thought was our brakes fixed. My husband had to take the day off of work to get the car to the dealership. They didn't have time to look at the vehicle that day. We had had to go to the dealership two other times in the previous month to get things fixed. You think they would have let us know if there were issues each time that we went. Since the vehicle was costing us so much money we wanted to consider trading in our vehicle. It took them over a week to service our car. I had to borrow other people's vehicles for the entire week until we got our car back. All they were willing to do is give us 10% off of our $2,000 bill. We priced out other places to fix our breaks and every other place was $500 less expensive. When we went to go pick up our vehicle they did the oil change that we requested and they are supposed to top up the fluids in our vehicle and when my husband turned on the car one of the lights had already come on to top up the windshield washer fluid. Needless to say we will not be returned customers. More

The sales staff seemed to be more interested in looking at their cellphones and gossiping with one another to be bothered helping customers. I walked out and went to Honda and I was immediately greeted and helped. Completely different experience, will definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone, but have nothing but glowing recommendations for Andrea from Barrie Honda! More
Worst Car Buying Experience EVER never have I had to deal with such an incompetent dealership. First called up and asked them for a 4 door tacoma with a six food bed and told that suc never have I had to deal with such an incompetent dealership. First called up and asked them for a 4 door tacoma with a six food bed and told that such a thing didn't exist. Then when we got there it was like the only thing they cared about was the sale. They couldn't answer any questions that were asked and were not even listening to what was being said. The young salesman was nice enough and tried but I don't think he had any real training in being a salesman. Didn't make notes of what we wanted. Then we met with the business manager who was only interested in selling the extended warranties and when we told her we were paying cash and were not interested in anything, there was a cold wind in the air. It was like all of a sudden we didn't matter at all. Told they would locate a truck with our specifications. Got a call two weeks later saying they had the truck, drove up there (110km) to get it only to see that the add on's we asked for were not on the truck. Oh so sorry we were told, we will get to this, come back next weekend. Tried calling and calling and calling week later, getting run around on phone, no one making any effort to help post sale. First told "getting those things done come back on Saturday". Later told "oh we don't have you down for black running boards, just the regular chrome ones", review bill of sale and it says nothing at all about colour and tell the guy, that is what we ordered black and that was clear on second trip up there. Oh we didn't charge you for this. Too Bad that is your error not mine. Ok we haven't painted them yet (although told earlier they were out being painted), and oh can you come back next week to get your truck. NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. DISRESPECTFUL Just want to cancel the purchase altogether and go to a dealer that respects me and respects the fact that I was paying $50,000 for a vehicle. More
