I have been coming to Jackson’s since 2013 every one has always been good to us and we bought an Echo in 2003 then a Tacoma in 2013. A Camry in 2019 then traded it for the Hylander in December of 2023 I thi always been good to us and we bought an Echo in 2003 then a Tacoma in 2013. Took my car in for a brake inspection after a long road trip where I had to really push down on the brake pedal. There were many steep descents. They got back to me quickly and stated front brakes were goo trip where I had to really push down on the brake pedal. There were many steep descents. They got back to me quickly and stated front brakes were good just the rears needed attention. Got the call that the car was ready and the got me an uber to take me back to the dealership. Seven minutes later the uber had me on my way to pick up my car. I appreciate they were professional in assessment of what brake work I actually needed. More
