Bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla off of Jackson's used lot. Brent was fun and professional and allowed us to take a limited test drive around the area. We were pleased with the feel and sound and did a quick walk around. The car had been certified at Jackson's recently which was one of our requirements. Went inside to chat further and Brent had a sale in short order. Meghan helped us out with the paperwork and we picked up the car a few days later. On day 2 the engine light came on which was really alarming but brought it in to the service department the next day. Was looked at approximately four times over the first 30 days and I was told it was the catalytic converter causing the problem. Kelly said a new converter was installed . Kelly was pleasant and professional and was always very generous to supply an Uber. The light always came back on a short time later and the converter was replaced on another visit. We emailed Brent and Kelly several times asking to have a paper copy of the codes and a paper copy of the new replacement converter as it is guaranteed for a year and we may need it. I was assured by Brent that the manager of Jackson's used car section was advised of the situation. Any requests for anything other that another service visit were ignored as was our request to return the vehicle in the 30 day period. Several times a visit was booked and the light went off so the visit was cancelled. We weren't looking for a perfect car and feel this is a loose connection or a minor repair or adjustment. Don't know why they wouldn't dig a little deeper, fix the car and have a win-win situation. We won't be back and all over what is possibly a minor repair or adjustment. The worse that could have happened is that we returned the car, picked out something else from their lot and been a satisfied customer. More

Andrew was very professional and did all he could to earn our business. The problem is the supply chain wait for a vehicle. Browsing online, gave my contact info, was contacted by Andrea. I was upfront about exactly what I wanted and stated I'd buy if the opportunity presented itself. I said I heard the wait was 2-4months and she did not dispute this. She asked me to come in to have my current vehicle appraised and discuss the purchase. I arrived and was told no one could meet with me and that I SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE because what I wanted was a 12 month wait and I probably wouldn't even get what I wanted in the end. So will obviously be going somewhere else! I will never visit this dealership again. Don't waste your time on those jerks. More

I have returned to the Toyota family. I have had many cars, including Toyota previously. This time I was looking to graduate to a hybrid or plug in electric. I had been warned that I would have to order and wait 3 to 6 months, due to the pandemic and Ukraine war. When we (my wife and I) called to make an appointment, MaryAnnie our sales rep, told us there was a Rav 4 that was available for immediate purchase. When we arrived, at 6 p.m., we were told that the Rav 4 had been whisked up already. No matter, we had been prepared to wait for an order to come in. We sat with MaryAnnie and outlined our preferences, thinking to order a Prius. Then MaryAnnie got busy, searched her inventory and found that a 2021 Corolla with only 11,031 km. had just arrived. I had not even reached their on line listing yet. it checked all the boxes and was even more affordable than our intended Prius purchase. I had previously bought a Corolla and had been really satisfied so I was willing to take a test drive. The result was that we concluded the purchase, even though by now it was after hours. We got our hybrid on the same day that met all our expectations, at an affordable price. While driving this vehicle I am reminded of our 2007 Sonata with respect to roominess and luxury and have happily returned to the Toyota family. More
