The staff was very attentive, were willing to help and explain things. Showroom was bright and clean. My sales person, Lucy was very patient with me and showed a lot of knowledge about the car’s features explain things. Showroom was bright and clean. She also gave updates about my car while waiting for it to arrive at the dealership. My only complaint was do to Toyota policy an additional charge to me of 50 dollars had to be paid for the bank to bank wire transfer. When putting out all that money for a new car , this extra charge for your security should not be a cost to me. Having to pay a shipping fee was bad enough! More

The young fellow ( used cars represent ) laid me on a few things : Oil spray done , rust proof done and undercoating done on 2017 Toyota Highlander..I'm a Care mechanic , just retired last year after 31year things : Oil spray done , rust proof done and undercoating done on 2017 Toyota Highlander..I'm a Care mechanic , just retired last year after 31years in automotive.Mostly bodywork ,collision and maintenanceI bend my knee to see the undernee of the car and sow only dry ra\usted body. Never was anything done to that vehicle before.And he still was arguing with me lol... Do NOT trust this dealer. He is just laying on everything you ask More
Andrew Black called to suggest I take the car through their Express Lube to get the tires checked after Tire Rotation Maintenance kept coming up. I went and Evan checked my tires and found tire pressure very slightly down. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Jackson’s has been excellent over the years. Can’t say enough about their friendly, knowledgeable staff. So very grateful!! Will stay with Jackson’s in the years to come and have been with them about 18 years. I am writing this email to let you know that I have received very poor service from one of your sales representative (Lucy) and Manager (Andrew). First Lucy called me and booked an appointment to book a Toyota sienna car.I live in Startford. I drove 2hr 15 min one way and when I came to your dealership then she told me the car is sold.No apology or efforts from her side. another thing I told her is that I have a Toyota car which I want to trade. She forgot everything and gave me an invoice without change. She is not professional or not trained very well When I went to Andrew and told him the same story. He was reacting like who cares. No apology or no efforts from his side. I have not seen this like dumb manager in my life anywhere who is holding management position but dont know how to handle situation.He is very Pathetic guy I don't feel a positive sales environment and moral values in your dealership. I won't buy any car from here and will notify about this in our community as well. Also I see the car is still available on facebook Marketplace right now and your 2 salespersons are advertising for the same car so why are you guys doing false advertisement and wasting customers time and if it is sold then remove ad asap. Told me I did not have extended warranty and air conditioning wasn’t covered. Called Toyota Canada and was told I do have and air conditioning covered! Argue with service and they agree to look at m conditioning wasn’t covered. Called Toyota Canada and was told I do have and air conditioning covered!
