Charged for Service and Shouldn't have been Brought my car in to have the crow hopping issue looked at, they admitted the car does crow hop and said it was a normal condition and then charged me Brought my car in to have the crow hopping issue looked at, they admitted the car does crow hop and said it was a normal condition and then charged me $157 for the service when the car was still on warranty. I had no way of knowing GM considers this issue normal and they could have told me that when I made the appointment but they didn't and then charged me for it, they are crooks in my option and you'd be best to stay clear of them. Then to top it all off they said I should contact them to resolve the issue but never returned my calls? More

Do not bring your vehicle here for service! Brought my vehicle for service for an existing issue. Service writer was rude, had no empathy or concern for our issue. When I attended dealer at service writers request a heated argument ensued. Shop foreman and mechanic came out to intimidate me. At no point did anybody ask why I was upset or even try to talk with me to diffuse the situation. Tried to escalate to other management, his comment was "he didn't know anything about service". Again nobody ever asked why I was upset or tried to diffuse, instead service department acted like they wanted to fight. At no point did the service manager or customer service manager call back as requested several times. Was never notified to come and pick my vehicle up. More
DO NOT BRING VEHICLE FOR SERVICE Brought suburban in with repeated dead battery problems. After diagnosis all they did was change battery for $600. 2 months later dead again.
