The following review is of my new vehicle purchase experience. Basically the deal went smoothly on my purchase of a brand new SUV. The vehicle was priced fairly compared to other dealerships and the p experience. Basically the deal went smoothly on my purchase of a brand new SUV. The vehicle was priced fairly compared to other dealerships and the price they gave me on my trade-in was ok. I appreciated that there was no real pressure to buy a bunch of extra add-ons and warranty like I have experienced at some other local GM dealerships. The two free oil changes with a new vehicle purchase is less that some other dealerships offer but certainly better than nothing at all. Both sales and customer service were professional and friendly. It's been a couple of weeks and there has been no follow-up communication on my purchase experience. It is kind of nice to get a follow-up courtesy call from the dealership asking "if all is good" but I'm not going to lose any sleep if there is no follow-up. All-in-all I would recommend Jack Carter Chev for your next vehicle purchase. More
