Donna and Elizabeth made the experience easier , I however learned quickly that when ever you roll onto JC property you need to open your wallet … there is no other concern otherwise… based on my deal however learned quickly that when ever you roll onto JC property you need to open your wallet … there is no other concern otherwise… based on my dealings with JC our ( my wife’s) next vehicle was a Lincoln SUV purchased in 2020 not the Cadillac SUV … what a difference, her vehicle is washed , cleaned , courtesy cars provided etc…. where as I once had to throw a coffee cup and all the paper and plastic left in the after service work …..I did leave a review about that 3 years ago . Jack Carter just doesn’t get it . I love my truck but will never shop JC again when it’s time for another one . And that will likely be a Ford More
