Took my vehicle here for AC repairs after I was told at a small town shop the condenser was leaking. Service advisor was pleasant at first, but then called me once my vehicle was in the shop to tell me they small town shop the condenser was leaking. Service advisor was pleasant at first, but then called me once my vehicle was in the shop to tell me they put it on the hoist but could not see the AC condenser leaking and asked me if I was sure that’s what the issue was. When I told him I was absolutely sure, he then said they would go ahead and do a leak test. Why would you call me to asking if I’m sure without even checking yourself? I wish to waste no one’s time including my own by driving to another town and getting vehicle repairs… Also mentioned one of my taillights was going out intermittently but couldn’t remember which side to which he replied “We can’t chase a ghost but I’ll see if we can tell”. Comments like this are so unnecessary and give dealerships a bad name. After two weeks of no call backs to tell me my parts were there, I spoke with the service manager who just repeated himself 15 times to tell me because of the pandemic things are behind and basically I just had to keep waiting. I finally called GM Canada and got a case started to get the parts expedited (the dealership could have done this for me given my situation but didn’t offer what so ever). I was transferred to a female service advisor upon request. She called to tell me the parts would be there Friday but Monday at the absolute latest. Monday came and no phone call. I didn’t hear from her all that week, and left a voicemail with my frustration on Friday of the long weekend. She called me Tuesday to tell me that they were in and she was off with a sore back the week before. So my parts were likely there that week but no one was watching it while she was off. It has been plus 34 and I have two kids and two dogs and we have been sweating every single day in the vehicle for much longer than needed. She called me to tell me “good news” that my vehicle would be going in right away… only for me to tell her I in fact had my vehicle and it wasn’t at her shop. I also had to advise 3-4 times that I needed a loaner vehicle due to living in another town. In the end my vehicle is fixed and I am pleased, but what a friggin headache with absolutely no action from the dealership. I brought my vehicle in on June 13th to avoid driving in hot weather with kids and dogs in the car, and it wasn’t repaired until August 3rd. Used car salesman Patrick also promised me a call back after talking to his manager, but alas no phone call so my business is going elsewhere. If you’re looking for speedy service or assistance I’d probably go elsewhere. One rave is for the service department coordinators/administration. They were both fabulous and offered amazing quick service to get me and my kids going as soon as possible. More

Sent my 2021 sierra for service, asked specifically to grease the truck, on pick truck was not greased, asked the service advisor, he said all new trucks are factory sealed.
