Up until the point I entered the dealership I had several miserable experiences although Larry, Jordan, Umar and the rest of the team more than made up for that (including the service team who made a point of taking the time to discuss the service schedule with me - even though they were very busy and I won't be due in for months). A little clarity required on a couple of points and too much to go into detail here although suffice to say that the team (with Larry my point person) made sure that the issue (a minor one at that) was resolved and that I was kept happy on that issue and at all times. Over the moon with the service and would recommend the dealership and the vehicle in a heartbeat.
