I found out recently through Carfax when I tried to resell. Crooks!!! Filing a complaint with OMVIC as I write this review. My lawyer also has been notified. These guys better read this and xxxx in their pants because the lawsuits and penalties will be severe! My brother works in media and will have this story on a major network. Several call to all their departments to discuss and they ghosted me. Now, they will learn the hard way! Don’t buy from these guys! They are liars and deceitful! Read those negative reviews! Positive ones are paid and fabricated. More

When I purchased my previous vehicle here, I was sold anti-rust protection. Less than a year later, the vehicle developed rust, and when I brought it up, they refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful help. After that, I purchased my next vehicle from a different dealership but continued servicing it here. Unfortunately, that experience has also been very poor. I had several warranty-related issues, and after more than two months, they were still not properly resolved. At first, it felt like the process was being delayed until the warranty period was over. When they eventually claimed the repairs were completed, the issues were still not fixed. When I asked for clear answers, I could not get a straight explanation. At this point, I do not know whether the problem is lack of competence, poor communication, or unwillingness to properly handle warranty repairs, but the result is the same: the customer is left frustrated and without a proper solution. If you need to buy or service a Chrysler vehicle, I would recommend using another dealership. More
