Being that we purchased a pre-owned vehicle there were a number of issues that occurred after the test drive and having driven it off the lot. The response from Pat Cimino was quick to provide a resolution on any repairs required and he provided us with a loaner vehicle at their cost for the entire duration. He went beyond the normal service. Since we had the vehicle repaired we have had no issues. Our hats off to Pat and his staff for doing an excellent job at showing courtesy and patience and having customers leave wanting to come back and purchase another vehicle. The service department rep Mike Coffey that we dealt with did a great job. Jessie was very informative and instrumental at obtaining the best financial terms and rates available. More
