Now I am in need a new van again and I was very impressed with the Pacifica Hybrid. Returning to Islington Chrysler, I knew that my original salesperson was long gone, but I felt very comfortable seeing the familiar face of Alban Joseph. I had met Alban many years ago but never purchased my vehicle through him. Working through the sales process with Alban was very pleasant. He answered all of my questions as the Pacifica is a new production model. The vehicle, with options that I wanted was not immediately available so it become a factory order. Alban kept me up to date with information about the order and expected delivery date as it became available. My main comment is about Chrysler and their lack of incentives to purchase the Hybrid model. They said that the Ontario Government was giving an incentive for the purchase of electric hybrid vehicles and that seemed to be sufficient. I consider that a lame excuse. I have been driving the vehicle for 2 weeks now and it has been a very exciting experience. My main comment about the vehicle is that it does not operate off the battery long enough in the Toronto environs that I drive in. It would be terrific if it had twice the electric capacity before the gas engine had to take over. There is a lot of computing power going on to keep this vehicle functioning, I hope the Chrysler engineers thoroughly tested their software so that I do not have a similar experience of receiving constant updates for my Microsoft home computer. More

The salesperson, Alban Joseph, prepared a comparative features sheet for me, comparing the two 2018 trim models, anticipating that this would be helpful in my decision, which it was. Also, when it came time to negotiating a purchase price for my vehicle, the sales team was receptive and knew that I was a serious buyer and I would make the purchase that day. I made about three visits to the dealership and I met various members of the sales team. They all had this easy going approach. during one of my visits, I spoke to one of the managers who advised me that they were serious in earning my business. That particular conversation solidified for me that they were serious to earn my business and that I wasn't just another proverbial "counting pebble for their bucket". I had a great experience even though I sadly said adieu to my car of ten years. I would go back and recommend them as a dealership. Btw I purchased a new Pacifica Hybrid. More

Service...not so good I went in because front signal was not working. I told them that my husband had tried 2 new bulbs that it still did not work... Three hours later the I went in because front signal was not working. I told them that my husband had tried 2 new bulbs that it still did not work... Three hours later they told me they did not have the bulb(?!) in stock and I would have to come back. I told them it was not the bulb. They did other tests and said it was not the bulb. (really?) I had to come back the next week. After another three hours they told me I needed a part or possibly it was electrical (Ya think?). Now 3 weeks later and after being pulled over by the police countless times they have the part!!!! Hopefully that will be the end of my dealings with dodge. More
