I walked in, explained my price range and what I wanted, within a very short period of time I was walking out with the keys. I don't know a whole lot about vehicles, warranty, etc. but the team who set me up, from the salesman to the people in financing, made it super easy for me to understand everything as well as know exactly where my money was going. I felt very welcome. I didn't feel a lot of pressure, they were very easy to talk to and worked with my budget. Having people who work in insurance, there, made it much faster and easier to get my insurance and plates and just head out the door. I also know if I have any worries or concerns, even questions about a light that comes on, I can call and they know the answer. Service is quick and easy! I drop my car off, hand them my keys and head to work. They call me when it's done and I go get it. They'll even have someone to pick up and drop off. oil changes and even a recent tire patch they performed under short notice and I got my car back the same day, no problem! All clean too! I would recommend their dealership any day. I love my car and they take the stress away when it comes to all of my car worries! More

They helped finding the right SUV for us and when it came time to sharpening the pencil it wasn't very sharp but I now understand why you pay for Quality service.. Umm wifey did we just buy a GMC or a Bentley cause it sure seems like VIP SERVICE treatment in there, Big thanks to Rob and Moose for working so hard and not judging us. We didn't buy the vehicle from these guys and we sure felt it from the minute we droppe Just a few words about how this company handles their clients. We didn't buy the vehicle from these guys and we sure felt it from the minute we dropped the truck off. When we picked up the truck they assured us that it was complete and ready to go. The guy behind the counter said (your truck is right out there) I could not see it, and a young guy came over and said (actually, its at the end of the lot, I will go get it for you) wow, nice guys. Thanks to the new guy that came out and offered to run to the end of the lot for me. Once we got home and looked under the vehicle we were surprised at the job that was done. We took pictures and could not believe our eyes. Half of the truck was not even covered with the product. I am sure a lot of people don't even look under the vehicle to see if it was done or not. Once we phoned them and complained they explained that they used a new product and that it must not have stuck to the truck. What, are you kidding. They offered to redo the job, and since we had already paid the $1400.00 we figured we would give them another shot. Very reluctantly, we went back and were assured that all would be perfect next go around. Well, far from it. When we got home we could not believe anyone had even looked at the truck before we left, all of the undercoating was bubbled and coming off, nothing stuck at all. We had some lady assure us that 3 of them were under the vehicle before handing it over to us, they were all happy with the results. I have never been under a vehicle, but this one, even I knew was a bad job. I could not believe they let us have it. We sent the pictures to the Dealership we bought it from and they had never seen anything like it. They were willing to help us no matter what. We sent the pictures on Sunday and within 2 hours their service manager was calling us to let us know he would fix this issue. He could not believe the pictures. They did just that, we were sent to another dealership in Victoria and immediately could see the difference in customer service as well. We will not set foot on Baljet property again. More
