I was having a problem getting a call back from either sales managers which was really frustrating. You can rest assured they called me back immediatly when I was buying the car but when it came an issue where money wasn't involved it was crickets. Would not return my calls or email. I called Craig directly and not only did he answer the phone immediately he also solve my issue on the spot. Wish his sales managers were more like him. Dylan was my service advisor and he was awesome to deal with. Will use the service center again! More
