There was indeed a quick meeting during our technicians break time which extended past the scheduled time. I am sincerely sorry that this affected you and any other clients receiving servicing at this time. All confidence is lost. I feel that the sales staff are being pressured by hire up brass to sell sell sell. I was away for two weeks and in that two weeks I had numerous call for me to come down and trade in my vehicle. When I thought of giving you a second chance when my check engine light came on (why I came in this last time) I was told when I made the appointment if the light goes off you couldn't diagnose it which the light was off when I brought it in and while waiting for my vehicle I was told it was hooked up to the computer and the check engine light means I needed to replace the fuel pump. it would be covered by my warranty but I pay the deductible but it might not be the problem. So why would I pay for this if its not the fuel pump? The fellow said he couldn't answer the what if ?. Then to get a phone call 3 hours later it wasn't probably the fuel pump it's the fuel module but not covered by warranty.
