Mr. Ham Thank you or your response. I have looked into your file and spoken with Chris and our lenders. Carson is unfortunately off today. I apologize for no one on my team calling you back, that is completely unacceptable and against our policy. I clearly need to do some retraining with the staff. However upon reviewing your credit application, the banks are not willing to give another auto loan. The reason for this is due to the several reported slow and missed payments. When I spoke to your current lender they mentioned at some points it was 30 days away from being reposed due top payment deficiencies. We do not judge anyone on their credit, in fact we strive to assist in those situations. Unfortunately the banks have said no and that is where it stands now. I would like to send you a complimentary gas gift card for $50 for your time and to express my apologies for us not calling you back. Hi Craig. I am not a very happy customer here. I think you were the guy that Rob told me he'd be getting to give me a call. I thought everything was great up until I bought this car, now I don't even want it. I bought the "protection" package and the warranty, both of which I no longer want. Or feel I need. I was constantly told to talk to finance about it as the paper work has a ready gone through. I was told by Rob and Brodie to talk to finance, I tried talking to finance but I got bounced around three times and ended up with the same secretary as I did to start with. It hasn't been easy to get a response from anybody or a return call. Brodie told me there is no way I can get a refund for my warranty or my "protection" package. I know for a fact I can cancel my warranty. This place just seems like a money grab and nothing more. Rob said he needed you to do a transfer back to my account, Brodie said there is no way I can get what I don't want back. Somebody is lying to me here. I had no problem working with someone about this but it's beyond that now and I just want back my money for something that I never used or even got yet. I don't see the big deal. If the dealership can't reverse it I'll just take a cheque or whatever for the package and warranty.
