Emergency Cash, Friendly Staff, Great Customer Incentives. I was on a loan with my Sister for the previous vehicle that I had, which was a Ford Fusion 2014. There had been nothing wrong with this vehicle, but I was on a loan with my Sister for the previous vehicle that I had, which was a Ford Fusion 2014. There had been nothing wrong with this vehicle, but I needed to take my name off the loan with my sister and there had been complications. Island GM, and more specifically, Craig Sabourin called me up and said "we'll work something out and see what we can do for you,.." That had me excited, Originally I wanted to get cash back to cover a large expense. I was denied by the banks, Craig pushed and managed to get me enough funds to cover a good portion of the expense and free up some income so I could not only UPGRADE from the Ford Fusion 2014, I also managed to Finance this vehicle WITHOUT an attachment to a CO-SIGNOR!! My sister was free to apply for her NEW vehicle!! I got CASH, not the amount I applied for with the bank, but it was a DEFINITE help in my monthly expense!! Erica Webb was very helpful as well and very informative, she had gone over my extended warranty coverage and set up the payments to begin within a reasonable time frame. We breezed through the paperwork and managed to keep conversation light and friendly. A thoroughly pleasant experience. I also worked with Cory, but I do not see his name on here yet. Once he's been added, I'll gladly submit my review for him as well. All in All 5 Stars!! Best Dealership that I've dealt with so far, and this is my 3rd New vehicle. More
