2014 Trax I purchased a 2014 Trax in Feb and have had nothing but problems with it . Although the staff are eager to please , it ends there with there GM telling me not once but twice they will buy back my car .. Only to go in and have him say they've found the problem (again) Also apparently my A/C is up to standards however, when I have the loaner trax there is no comparison to the amount of cool air that comes out. The issue of my brakes apparently , it's normal to occasionally go right down to the floor after your sitting at a red light fir a while ( loaner doesn't have this issue) Let's go back to the first problem my car ignition , when I turn my key over to turn it on , stays in that position ..making noises as tho the engine is trying desperately to start. I took it in and left it there over Easter weekend because it apparently would never happen to them . Finally after a salesman heard it as I was leaving ... They decide it was the A/c unit , kept it for a week , gave it back and next day . Problem with the ignition . After taking it in again because I'm getting a buy back and the big wigs want it hooked up to computers for a week first. A week goes by , I don't hear anything. So I pop in. He says good news... You need a new fuel pump and we're flying it in .... I said what about Ac.. He says it's up to standards ... I said this is xxxxxxxx ...I was told I was getting a new car.. This GM proceeds to raise his voice at me telling me not to swear at his staff. Again I repeat , I'm not wearing at your staff this is frustrating and it's xxxxxxxx you said I was getting a new car... I got teary and tried to leave the office and he says this conversation isn't over , I said yes it is I can't talk like this. I received an email when I got home again saying I shouldn't swear at his staff... Umm I was speaking of the situation not to "his" employee. What Man let alone a GM ...first off upsets a woman and insists on finishing a conversation and backs out of not one but 2 promises? I have bought GM cars since 1999 and never had a problem with either the cars or the staff. It's a real shame a single mother loses $30 000 and all I wanted was new so I don't need to worry about fixing cars etc and having a safe ride for me and my son . shame on you Peter Baljet in Duncan , it's ashamed the company sold and got into this new persons hands More
