Great first buy experience! This was my first time buying a new car, so I was nervous and had little knowledge on what to do. But I went in, met Brian Pankratz, and started to talk it over. It was his first sale and my first buy, so it was kind of exciting for both of us, but overall he was great. Even though I had brought my parents in with me, he directed everything at me, made sure I was comfortable with the speed things were moving, and was very easy to talk to. When it came to figuring out the financing and loan information, I got the privilege of working with Rob Eastman, another great guy. He made sure everything was in terms that I understood, and worked to get the best deal he could with me. I was nervous since it was my first time doing such a serious contract, and even though I had my father with me, Rob made sure to address me and made sure that everything I was hearing was being understood. My family has now bought three vehicles from this dealership, and each time we have had great service. Every person I dealt with over the two days we did this [only because we came in kind of late on the first day, sorry guys!] was friendly and approachable. I am so glad I got to work with Brian and Rob, and would highly recommend people to go to Peter Baljet in Duncan to work with those two men, or any of the other friendly employees there. Collin, and Ross worked on my behalf to get my a great finance rate and were able to guide me through the process of warranties, different types of insurance etc. They went above and beyond with what they did, as they gave me a lot of extra bonuses and perks. Helpt me out BIG time !!! Wouldnt go anywhere els ! I had found myself in the worst spot ever. My truck broke down on me and I couldn't afford to fix it and I had 0 credit . witch was horrible consideri I had found myself in the worst spot ever. Masood Abdul and the rest of the staff worked with me to make a deal where they fixed my truck on a payment plan and then managed to get me approved for a auto loan where I was able to buy a car to start building credit :) I have never dealt with a business so understanding and helpful without them I would have been without a job. It wasn't like dealing with a business it was more like dealing with friends if I had to give them a rating it would be a 110 out of 100 ! Thank Guys !!!!! More
