Dragged out than not approved I needed financing, it was my very first time and my credits not great. I realize I may not have been the easiest customer to obtain financing for bu I needed financing, it was my very first time and my credits not great. I realize I may not have been the easiest customer to obtain financing for but I felt it was still doable. I drove a Chevy sonic for over a week handed in a ton of paperwork and spent money for bookkeeping and my taxes and after I did it all I was told I needed a cosigner. I didn't want one it was very important to me to just be able to do this on my own, it was a very long drawn out process and than to be told NO it was very heart breaking especially because I loved the car and had been driving it for some time. I was devastated. The sales guy was great but their financing needs some serious work, I literally picked up my paper work from GM and walked into Ford in Duncan, was approved and left with a new car just about the same day. It was easy, no stress at all at Ford. I couldn't have been more happy. My suggestion to GM is to work harder on your finance departments. I was not only approved at Ford but also at Galaxy motors and Harrison Mazda so something is wrong there. I again have no complaints of Rob I thought he was a great guy and appreciated his assistance. More

Excellent Customer Service On Easter Sunday my vehicle shut down while driving and although I was able to restart it numerous time it would shut down after about a 1/2 km. I was able to get it home safely and called the next morning to try and get an appointment. The person who answered the phone was able to tell me if I got the vehicle to the shop they would be able to look at it that day. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by name by Neil Burton. Neil during this event, as in all my past experiences with him over many years, was very professional and courteous. He was able to get my car seen within an hour of arrival and within a short period of time confirmed the same type of shut down had occurred during a test drive by the mechanic. It required a tow back to the shop which was arranged. When it arrived back Neil suggested that it might be a fuel pump based on what he had seen in the past. He then arranged for us to have a car while ours would be in the shop which he said could be a couple of days as a part was required to come from the US. On Tuesday he phoned me at home to let me know the part had arrives and they would be installing it. He again phoned me when the car was ready for pick up. Throughout the entire episode Neil kept me in the loop as to where the repair status was and when things would happen. I felt like this is truly a customer service rep. who really cares about his customer and the reputation of the dealership. It was a very positive episode thanks to Neil and his excellent communications and welcoming manner. More

Neil was great! I'm really glad that Neil is back and I love his efforts. I've been happy with him for years. Wow, I was truly impressed. And though I was shot on time when picking it up, and it had not had a chance to make it to the wash Bay, Neil caught me on the way out and told me to come back any day I had a little time to spare and they would detail it for me. True to their word, I dropped in the next day on my way home and sure enough they had my truck fully detailed and back to me in about 30 minutes. These two will always go the extra mile for you. More

He informed me of the need to keep the fuel and oil systems clean and free of deposit build up. When he recommended the engine compression restoration service I said yes as this dealer has never steered me wrong in the past. Well with only 60,000km's I didn't expect the results that I noticed driving off the lot. If felt like a new car again!!!! Driving this car every day I never noticed the decline in horsepower. I'm also excited to monitor the fuel economy savings that he suggested I would see as I continue driving.
