A Very Positive Experience. I was researching various pick up truck models and prices and phoned Island Chevrolet to arrange test drives of a new Chevrolet Colorado and a new GM I was researching various pick up truck models and prices and phoned Island Chevrolet to arrange test drives of a new Chevrolet Colorado and a new GMC Canyon. Brian Pankratz answered the phone. In addition to arranging for the test drives he sent me additional information and photos of the trucks. It was my intention to drive the trucks and then proceed to another dealership for more tests, but after meeting Brian in person I knew that if one of the trucks met my expectations I wasn't going any further. Both the Colorado and the Canyon are fine trucks. I purchased the Canyon. Brian Pankratz is a wonderful person. Brian didn't sell me the truck, he helped me purchase it. There was no high pressure sales pitch or xx. Brian is knowledgeable about the vehicles, I knew what I was looking for, we discussed the options, I drove the Canyon a second time, made an offer and he helped me get the vehicle for the price I was willing to pay.
