He then brought out the vehicle that we were looking for, took us out for a ride and thoroughly explained everything about the truck. We have never experienced this kind of introduction to a new vehicle. Everything was explained in a manner that we fully understood and nothing about this introduction sounded like the usual sales pitch. We are so pleased and blown away by how smoothly this transaction progressed. Allan was super to deal with and Alexia took care of the financial end of things with ease and much expertise. Everyone in this dealership is so welcoming and friendly and we especially like their casual atmosphere.
