We recently purchased a QX60 from Dakota Stout at Ericksen Infiniti and were so pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. We bought it sight unseen and even made a deal to trade in our 2014 Niss Ericksen Infiniti and were so pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. We bought it sight unseen and even made a deal to trade in our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. We sent him pictures of our vehicle, made the deal on the phone and drove from High River to pick up the vehicle. He listened to our needs and sold us a 2020 QX60 with only 5000 km. We had been looking for a few months and this was the best deal we had come across. We appreciated his honesty, courteous manner, follow through and professionalism. He met us the day we chose for pick up and was super pleasant and helpful with helping us transfer items from our Pathfinder to our new car and h.helping us close the deal. Matthew Reid in finance helped with the signing of papers and informed us of extended warranties available with no pressure. He was also very proficient in processing our papers and helping us to get on our way home. I would defiantly deal with this dealership again and Dakota Stout in particular. He made this experience one of the best and enjoyable I have ever had. We are loving our new vehicle. Even though we are all living in strange new times with Covid and my husband is immune-compromised, dealing on the phone was the way to go for us and Dakota made this a stress free and enjoyable experience. The worst dealership I have been to ever... Talk about a bunch of crooks charging customers for diagnostic fee for the same issues when the tech can't fix the problem the First time! I dealt with Mr Raiz Khan and Mr Roray to buy Audi Q5 ,both guys were very helpful and great . I rate both of them #5/5 .though there was an Indian sales manger that was too rude to deal with 0/5 . You would think Infiniti being the more luxurious brand of Nissan would come with better service. I came in to ask if they could simply swap out my old wheel lock lugs for new ones since I lost my personal of Nissan would come with better service. I came in to ask if they could simply swap out my old wheel lock lugs for new ones since I lost my personal key for them. The only reason this gets two stars is because the service advisors were very friendly but im not sure if it was a parts guy or the shop foreman told me They would need to charge me for the lock set 70$ (which is fine) then an additional 50$ for labour to go through their master key set of maybe 10 keys to find the correct one to take of the lugs or rudely told me” I could go cut them off myself”. I decided to Instead take my car to a nearby Nissan dealership where they didn’t charge me any labour to swap out the lugs for new ones and brought a guy out to the express bay to do the work there just to have it done quicker. Also were much more friendly than the Infiniti staff. First and last time I come here for service on my vehicle. More

I am never disappointed with Infiniti South ... or in my Q50S. (except the tires do not do it justice) I do hope Infinti is working hard to add more features to the next Q50. (Acura has a heads up display and a great system that records music as you play it from a CD/USB and even allows you to edit the songs. For the person who had their engine cleaned ... they did a great job on mine too. More
