We looked it up on google as what it could be ? Tires was one possibility. But what is it. We get a call back from Honda explaining that it is a huge block of ice in the drive axle area left side. We were so relieved and quite thankful for the honesty from Justin and the other Honda team members. We were thinking something different with this issue. Yes, parts of cars do breakdown. A few moments after walking in to the dealership, I was greeted by Sales Rep Amir Yad, who handled all of the details of my trade in of my Corolla and purchase of my new C-V a few weeks later. Amir treated me with professionalism and respect; he took the time to answer all of my questions and delivered my new vehicle on the date promised. The finance manager assigned to review my contract and the Manager who signed off on my finance agreement were also professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Amir to friends and family looking to buy a new Honda vehicle! More
