Disappointed I have been going to this dealership for 15 years. Service quality and customer care have declined significantly. I have been told that service advisors are told to sell jobs, and it was quite evident at my last service there. I have sent a complaint and no one has bothered to call me back about it. Impossible to talk to a service manager After purchasing a Honda CRV in late summer of 2017, we started experiencing a number of issues with the SUV. We took our car in too many time to coun After purchasing a Honda CRV in late summer of 2017, we started experiencing a number of issues with the SUV. We took our car in too many time to count, pay large sums of money to get the SUV fixed, yet and still the issue with it persisted. My husband recently went in to have the brakes serviced. Within a couple of days, any time we would use the brakes, the car with make all sorts of noise. He again took time off of work to go in and deal with the issues. They had the CRV for the better part of 7 hours. When he arrived, with no explanation, they handed him the keys and said the brakes would not be covered under the extended warranty that we purchased. I have attempted to get a hold of a service manager for days. Calling in the morning, afternoon and early evenings. My number and name were jotted down countless times with the promise that my call would be returned shortly. Many days and many calls later, my calls have not been returned. I would not recommend this location solely based on the lack of customer service and integrity demonstrated by the servicing staff. More
